My package was 2 weeks late. After numerous calls trying to cancel it out, they said they tried to deliver it. There was nobody there which does not matter. Because they leave them on the porch and take a picture. Which was not done. FedEx sucks

Its pretty bad that everyone is feeling the sane way with this company! Liars,lazy and inconsiderate people. Got my order today and they throw my package breaking my glass cups because they are to damn lazy to set it down gently. This company doesnt care about the customer just keeping up with other competitors that have the decency to place items on porch without breaking items! If i could refuse to use this service i would they are awful.

I don't know how the other reviewer can say the service is great. I cant get through to FedEx. Their phone system is like Fort Knox. I received one of two packages that were supposed to arrive today and have no idea when the other is coming so I cant schedule my work. I remember when FedEx was customer centric. Now you cant reach anybody. Poor service.

Worst delivery service ever FedEx truck pulled up to front then drove away 30 seconds later and then tried to make delivery but nobody was home have proof too

Had a package due today that needed signed for. I took the day off of work to make sure I was home. The package was due between 11:30 and 3:30. At 11:38 the package was changed to attempted delivery couldn't make delivery. When I called to ask why I was told the driver tried to make the delivery but couldn't by 2 employees. I was transferred to this locations manager and he said it was because the driver asked for the delivery to be changed and never actually attempted delivery. So now after going back and forth with them they are going to deliver my package but the fact that the driver just decided he didn't want to make the delivery and that I was lied to twice shows what a poor company this is. If they actually make the delivery like they said I'll adjust the star rating. At this time it's a one though.

Had an order due before noon. My driver is usually here between 9-10 am. Tracking showed guaranteed delivery before noon. Noon cam and went and the tracking said "before end of day".I had paid for overnight shipping and this order was for a customer who needed the items for an event that afternoon. Cost me $355 because the shipped item is not returnable.Tried to call the distribution center and got NOTHING but that damned computerized messaging service that gave me the run-around and would not let me talk to a live person. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Possibly the worst delivery service in the country. Out of 10 deliveries they may get 1 right and the rest ride around for days as out for delivery or arrive damaged. They are also notorious for saying attempted delivery when they don't want to come even if the item doesn't need signed for. Leaving packages at the end of a 1000ft long driveway cause they are too lazy to drive the truck down it. Hurry up and go out of business already!

I work for them and I must say it's been a minute since I actually like and enjoyed going to work. I love where I work now, my plan is to retire with them. Nice to have a place that cares for they workers.

Sort constantly late, tractor trailers constantly late and randomly stagger in whenever they seemingly feel like it (instead of being *required* to be on door by say 0630 so drivers can be on the road by 0830), package handlers can call off for anything without repercussion punishing everyone else and ensuring drivers can't even get out of here by 0900, whoever is in charge of this terminal is a jackass and literally doesn't remotely understand what efficiency means.

Trying to get a package delievered 3 times, took off work to wait for important package, and they say they attempted to deliver each time but no driver in sight. Liars.

HORRIBLE !!!! Pretty sure their delivery driver was lazy and didn’t want to do their job so instead of calling me to ask if I’d come down so they didn’t have to walk up the stairs to my apartment, they said I wasn’t home and left my tracking number and information posted on a piece of paper on the front door of my apartment building so ANYONE can track my package thank god I had my app open because they didn’t even attempt to call to see if I could go down and the app suddenly said “they couldn’t deliver it because I wasn’t home” then I called fedex and spoke with the “supervisor” they called the driver and told me they would turn around and give it to me . 5 minutes after the call the driver called and said they were outside which was a lie because I was out there and they never answered when I called back numerous times but 3 hours of waiting I called back the customer service but apparently no one could give me any information and said to call back tomorrow .UPDATE - Day 2 still no package and I called multiple times and they just keep saying it’s coming and I had to call out of work so I can wait for it even though I called at 6am to get in contact with a manager . 8 calls later and absolutely nothing they won’t even let me speak to a manager.

Fed ex Ground has the worst customer service. No one communicates anything. After 15 phone calls and numerous requests to have package delivered after 2:30 the driver still came before 2. Left a note on the door requesting to come back at 2:30. Driver left a door tag saying sorry I’m done at 3. Then yesterdays excuse was the dog was outside. So needless to say I had to miss a day of work to get this package.. I am not happy with Fed Ex and it is very hard getting through to anyone.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I just spent TEN MINUTES with the FedEx voice mail system and STILL cannot get an answer!! FEDEX--if you are reading this, shame on you for the stupid digital answering service!!

It's a great company to work for, and I now have a ten minute shorter commute than driving up to the Zelienople warehouse.
