Here is a shout out for employee,India, who works at FedEx on Washington Road in Pittsburgh. I went to her store to ask about making an enlargement. She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.

I’ve used this location for years and they always print in great quality and make sure they get your order correct. Mike has been helping me this week as I’m printing multiple things and he has been super helpful and understanding.

I came in with an intricate situation and was rather frustrated with FedEx as a whole... Zhao was helpful and professional, going above and beyond to help me solve the issue I was having. An interaction like that when I'd been running into walls left and right was the breath of fresh air I needed! Thank you, Zhao, for the incredible customer service!

DONT DO IT DONT DO IT! Worst customer service ever! Arrived @1242 and asked for store number so I could get a medical form printed. I was told they would be unable to print for me as they had been working on a large job that I could do on my own. I advised I didn’t have time to login etc and print I just needed two forms printed as I was on my way to Dr. Nope! I get it, there are other jobs ahead of me but she said it would be a 3 hour wait! I was warned about the poor customer service at this location but felt I needed to try them on my own! I’m in a jam and was looking for help. I’ve never been to this location but Greentree location always looks out for their customers!! Not here.. Sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it..

I’d like to highly recommend FedEx to anyone I loathe. It’s definitely the best place to get your package travel all over the country and then come back to its original location. Totally worth spending hundreds on overnight shipping just to give my package a scenic cross-country sky tour. The best part is they will do their best to make sure it misses your deadline, even with a guaranteed deliver-by time. And I can tell they are so proud of their no compensation policy. Good job team! Keep up the great work!

Anna and Jong (I may be spelling that incorrectly - apologies) were so kind and helpful yesterday. I needed to print something as a last minute gift for my husband, and not only were they helpful, they want above and beyond. Anna offered to help me laminate it to make it look even nicer. Can't thank these two enough for offering service above what is expected!

I stopped in this store to do some self service printing. I'm not the best at technology. The employees in this store were really helpful and very patient. I wanted to say thank you as I was leaving but they were all busy helping other customers.

Marcie was so kind and just took all the stress I was dreading about packing my brothers Christmas present and shipping it! She found the right size box and made sure it was securely packaged. The experience and price was way better than I found at competitors and I will be back!

Employees ignored me at print station for about 10 minutes without even greeting me and then when I asked for help I was told to read the instructions and it would work which it did not work. I’d just take my business elsewhere if I were you.

Excellent service from a very nice elderly woman (her name escapes me now, but she addressed me by mine multiple times, even commenting it was her mother's middle name). I needed a package shipped two-day to New York. After the UPS in Bridgeville quoted me $77, I went here, and the cost was $20.54. Package also weighted 0.3lbs less than what UPS showed. Thank you!
