Brought a few coworkers here for marketing. The thing I didn’t like was being billed for a rush order but another customer was squeezed in. The employee was helpful, glad we got her and not the other employees. It’s hit or miss here. It’s here or Staples and we happened to be closer to this location.

They showed up early out of the time frame, I called customer support, had to restate my issue multiple times, and then I was properly assisted and my package was attempted to be redelivered the same day instead of having to pick it up or going to the shipping center. If they honor delivery times, and make it easier to get help, it’s 5 stars.

If this FedEx is the place where the FedEx delivery drivers are from who deliver to OAKDALE, PA then the WEEKEND delivery drivers are totally incompetent. For the most part, the daily, M-F guys/gals are good. But come weekend ... and you are having something delivered? LOOK OUT. They will leave your package in the middle of the street if they so desire. (THAT happened to me once!) Case in Point: TODAY I had a package "supposedly" delivered to me. On the Walmart website it said they left it "by the garage". Well, the "garage" is a detached building that sits more than 100 feet from my residence. It is right next to an alley and an adjacent street. Not only that, there is a sign ON the garage directing all delivery drivers to deliver TO the residence. (see photo) did the driver do that today ???(Today being Sat Feb 24, 2024). NO he ignored the sign, left the package by the garage and he left. It was subsequently STOLEN because when I got home today there was nothing there. I couldn't "report it" for two days in order to get my $$ back because that was Walmart policy. What a pain in the neck!!!

My package was apost to be here on 12/05/2023 and now it's not going be here until today 12/06/2023 I don't like FedEx because there always late delivering my package as Amazon and UPS are always on time
