Package delivered somewhere. FEDEX says "OH shipper must have had the wrong address". Shipper clearly had my correct address. I'll think twice from now on when the seller states FEDEX shipping. Highest price and most inaccurate.

Horrible shipping service. And horrible customer service. One cannot speak directly with local customer service. There’s a package requiring signature scheduled for delivery today. I stayed home the entire day from work. I checked the status mid afternoon, and it indicated that there was an attempted delivery at 12:19. There’s no way there was an attempted delivery, as I literally sat in my kitchen, the entire day, waiting for this delivery. Nor was there a sticker on my door, indicating that there had been an attempted delivery. I called customer service. My only option is to have a delivery reattempted tomorrow, which is another full day of staying home from work, or going to pick up the package myself this evening.

This was my first visit and needed to ship something for a tv broadcast before my flight. I was very short on time but the staff was amazing. I worked with Brie, she always had a smile on her face, was very accommodating and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Truly a rockstar staff at this location!

Avoid at all costs! Never on time, even on high priority expensive shipping packages. This place needs completely shut down and start over with every employee replaced.

I wish I could leave zero stars. You can't talk to a live person at FedEx. My package was due for delivery on 12/16 with signature required so I sat around all day only to find out at 7:00 PM that the shipment was delayed. On 12/17, I received a text in the AM that the delivery was rescheduled for 12/19. When I returned home the afternoon of 12/17, there was a note that I missed my delivery and they would try again. This company is an absolute joke - if I have a choice, I will never select FedEx. Screw the customer every time.

My package has been at this sorting facility since 6am this morning.. I just really hope they hurry up because my package was supposed to arrive yesterday before 4:30pm and was delayed. It's a standard overnight package that my fiance paid over 30 dollars for to get here yesterday! I will change my review to 5 stars if they hurry up! I am sick of waiting. It was sent on the 3rd of December and it's now the 6th! Why is FedEx so slow? I've never had any problems with UPS or USPS.

It's unbelievable that a package sits at this station for longer than necessary, even when the customer pays for it to get to you in two days.
