Waited over 11 hours for a simple tire change. Called the day before to make sure they had the tires we requested. Show up for our 8am appointment to find out they do not have the tires but there is something similar at another location. Call at 2pm to check on progress only to be told the tires are not there yet. When we finally get our car back they charged us a ridiculous amount for a warranty we did not want. Paid $200 more than what we were quoted. If you need tires, stay away from Firestone. There is an NTB or Monroe right up the street that will treat you 10x better than this place.

It NEVER fails. If they aren't gouging out my engine block with a flat head to get a gasket off and ruining it, they're not taking my car in until 60-90 minutes past my appointment time. Next car, I won't get locked into the proration/ lifetime plans and will never visit a Firestone again. Too bad this location is closest to me, because they're the worst of all of them.

I'm glad I had time to shop around when I needed new front brake pads and rotors for my 2019 Range Rover Sport HSE. This Firestone told me it would cost $2100 to get them done. I ended up getting them done for $1300 at the dealership. Absolutely crazy.

The work was great no problem there. My problem was the guy who let me in. I tried to tell him why I was there he cut me off and told me the computer isn't working. But he wasn't nice about it and he didn't greet me. He made me feel like I was bothering him, like does he hate his life? He should not interact with the public. He was so unprofessional I don't know I will go back. He sighed when I asked if I can make an appointment for my alignment and tire but I don't think I will be coming back because of my interaction with him. The last time I came the guy who helped me was great and the work was great but that one employee ruined my experience. Again, no complaints about the work done on my car.

They are not friendly and left gouges on my brand-new rims. Iām contacting Firestone support line to resolve this matter. Very disappointing.
Update: Firestone customer support is purely unprofessional and unhelpful. They boil my blood. I don't want to deal with Firestone ever again and I'm going to spread my words.

TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COST! People at the front are rude and donāt know what they are doing. They hassle you and then lie and say they donāt work with certain companies but the day before they did because they worked on the car the day prior. But itās probably for the best because this place completely sucks. Having them be rude is a best case scenario cause if they touch your car they only make it worse. First they try to upsell you on already ridiculous pricing. When that doesnāt work and they āfixā the problem. It only gets worse. You go in with a nail in the tire and come out with your tire falling half way of the rim halfway down the road. Hopefully somebody reads this and you save yourself from this horrendous location.

This was my first time at the Firestone location.
I came in to get four new tires and had a terrible experience here⦠buyer beware.
It was pouring down raining when I arrived. The technician ran out to my vehicle and hit my key button to unlock it but popped the trunk open instead. I ran out to try to let him know that the trunk was open and he completely ignored me as if I was invisible got into my car and slammed the door.
I then ran over to the passenger window and knocked on it to said āhey the trunk is openā He looked right at me and ignored me again!!
I then went to the back of the trunk and proceeded to close it and told him the trunk is open, ignored me, got out the truck and slammed the door and walked back into the garage part of the store.
I walked inside of the store and spoke with the assistant manager, explained to him with happened and asked him was the guy having a bad day. He shook his head. Yes! I can hear the technician screaming and yelling from the garage area from the waiting area while I sat there with the assist manager. I then asked the assistant manager could he start working on my truck since obviously I did not want the technician working on my truck because of how he ignored me and treated me for no reason.
After a while, maybe 45 minutes of waiting after that incident, I could hear the other technician talking about my vehicle.
I got up and walked over to him and asked him was there an issue with it he proceeded to tell me that there was an issue with the lug nut I said OK, he said that they have to get a new one and I said OK and then asked him was he OK cause I can tell his attitude was off. He then stated getting very nasty with me and said yes Iām frustrated because I got to work here and I gotta hear the stuff thatās going on between you and the other guy.
I responded and said that has nothing to do with you. I then asked for the manager again.
I donāt know what is wrong with this place in their staff, but they can use a lesson and customer service and how to speak to people, especially WOMEN!!
I felt extremely disrespected and threatened during my wait at this fire stone location.
The staff were blatantly RUDE and it was totally uncalled for. Purchasing tires are very expensive so to pay almost $2000 and be treated this way is absurd!!!!!!

I went to this Firestone for the first time for an appointment I booked online. After waiting to check in, I was informed that they do not honor online appointments and that I should have called it in. He then informed me that he would take me anyway since he was feeling generous and they were slow. I asked if I could email the registration and insurance and he said they don't have email, I asked if I could come back and he laughed at me and told me to run to staples. I can't comment on their techs, I have never and will never get that far.
