They're open just going through some updates and renovations. The lobby is still open to come in during BUISNESS hours. The drive threw is open as well. The outside atm is available 24/7.

Tried remote money transfer to another businesses account held by FCB. This was for a home purchase. Talked to teller who said they had to talk to manager and they would call me back. 2 hours went by and they never did. Since this was a management problem I called the manager. He said he would call be back. He never did. Spoke with another banker from Ebensburg. She never did called me back either. Three times in one someone said they would call me back but never did. The closing was delayed, had to rework the closing numbers costing be a bunch of money. Before I had a chance to close the account I got a sales call-apparently they also sell your info to third parties. Do not bank here.

Been banking here for at least 6 years-- tellers at this branch seem to always be friendly & fees are far more reasonable than what I've encountered at other ("bigger") banks in the Pittsburgh area.

Always have a good experience when bankinginside with the tellers. I can ask for severalservices at the same stop and they always accommodate my requests. Did have Debit Card eaten at other Mac machines due toTerminal time out errors. Don't blame the branch but the corporate department that made the policy.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.BANKED HERE & NOW WE ARE WITHOUT A DEBIT CARD.Bank staff provided conflicting information regarding banking card- never returned thru the drive-thru.When called to inquire about the card, they offered to mail it but we declined.When called to ask it be mailed- there was form to sign to release.When returned to sign form- the card was discarded and a new card was ordered and would be mailed. NO PHONE CALL OR APOLOGIES

I like the bank but atm is outdated they need to upgrade it so you don't have use a envelope because one in hampton i don't need an envelope

Don't get mortgage here. Figured I have an account here so mortgage at same place would make things easy. As soon as everything was finalized I get a notice that my mortgage is sold off to a company named AmeriHome.UPDATE: Just got another letter saying AmeriHome sold my mortgage to FreddieMac. I will be closing my account once things get back to normal.

Worst place ever. I got a credit card here. I remember i paid 25 in cash to pay for my credit card and they still charged me. I am afraid I recently paid in cash and still has not posted. I will have to check in few days. Warning do not get a credit card with this company. Even Walmart has better credit card.
