Literally the slowest FCB I’ve been to. I’m always waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. I wish there was another branch near because I would avoid this one at ALL COSTS. Currently I’m tying from the drive thru and have sat here for 5 mins and nobody has come to the window to assist the person in front of me. They are so slow!!

Been banking with them since they opened . Haven't had any problems that they couldn't solve. The drive through is sluggish and the teller turn over rate is astronomical. But other than that, no problems.

I usually love banking here..fri my and courteous...but it’s very frustrating when they claim the drive thru opens at 830am and it’s never open? They should either open as scheduled or change times listed!

I’ve been with many banks and First Commonwealth Bank is the only bank that I’ve kept for YEARS! I don’t use them all but the Bloomfield branch is especially my favorite. They are personable and they provide great customer service. I will always be a customer of this bank.

Their ATM didn't dispense my money AND kept my ATM card and since my bank card is not a 1st Commonwealth card it destroys my card. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get a new card and 5 to 10 days to get my money back. Don't use this bank unless youre interested in wasting time and money. On the plus side, the tellers screw you over with a smile on their face.

This branch is so absurdly inefficient that it’s a joke First Commonwealth allows it to continue operating in this manner. The drive thru was still not open at 8:50 AM, despite being scheduled to open at 8:30 AM. I had to leave to open my own store, then close my store to return to make a deposit later on. I then spent 15 minutes sitting at the drive-thru before the car next to me actually had to honk their horn for either of us to get service. All this for a deposit that typically takes around 2 minutes at other branches. I understand that things happen sometimes, but this has been my experience every time I have done business at this particular branch and I am tired of wasting countless hours for very simple transactions.

ATM could use an upgrade to accept checks and cash without envelopes. Waited 10 mins for a drive up teller, would've been better off going inside.
