Opened an account at this office, and they put the wrong name on my account which is a HUGE privacy concern. Called the 1-800 number several times to figure out why I couldn’t enroll with online banking and when I was validated through authentication, no one mentioned this error to me until I called to close my accounts today. I haven’t even had my account more than a week. Horrible customer service and lack of concern for customer’s confidential information. WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I’LL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK. Anyone considering FNB in general, think again. You’re making an unwise decision.

They need to evolve with the times. The drive thru wait times are the worst I've ever experienced. Open up another lane!!!!!! Take the atm lane out and make it a teller lane. The SouthSide is a busy location!!!!

They towed my Jeep from their unmarked parking lot. Apparently the signs indicating 3 reserved parking spaces was supposed to represent the entire parking lot. I expect to be reimbursed for the $250 tow/impound.

The tellers at this bank are incredibly nice and friendly. However, the amount of time that you have to wait to simply make a deposit is completely ridiculous. They are incredibly understaffed and if I use the drive-through I wait 10 minutes minimum before anyone helps me. If you walk in and stand in the lobby it isn't much better. This bank has also been robbed several times and it makes me nervous to go inside.

The tellers are nice but not much going on elsewhere. I was accused of the so called lead investigator Shannon of kiting checks. Had the wrong person and wrong account and was told to take my business elsewhere. Incompetent investigator that was very disrespectful. I've already reported her to smarter people whom know how to do their job.

First National Bank committed error after error and held up our closing 3 days past the original, scheduled date. Throughout the loan application and closing, there were 2 employees that quit, which left gaps in the documentation process. This turnover was a clear sign of organizational instability and there never seemed to be an answer for the problems the bank had caused. Our initial loan officer left the bank for this very reason, but we did not come to this realization until it was too late. Without getting into detail of the countless mistakes made by the bank, I advise future home buyers to find a comparable rate at a reputable, customer-service oriented bank. Save yourself the headache and stress of working with Anthony Kesslak and Aaron Miller at First National Bank. My biggest regret in this whole process was only taking the interest rate into consideration and not thoroughly investigating FNB's poor reputation.
