“I personally drive about an hour to get to this mall! I live in very close proximity to other malls but this one I simply must go to. I think that it is always very clean and never grimy. I would recommend going to the cookie dough kiosk. It is a must!!!!! They have a the stores I want that other malls do not have in the area, and a Chick-fil-A! I always make a point to go to this mall once every two months. Best in the Pittsburgh area”

As an older Chinese person, my English is not very strong, and I had difficulty explaining the documents I needed. “Today I was so pleased with my experience at the Chase location downtown. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who showed me to the desk to be taken care of by Farrah. I had a savings bond to cash in and it took a little bit of time but the ladies behind the desk were so friendly and accommodating. They explained every step and made sure I knew what was happening. I love the building and the atmosphere in there. I highly recommend this location.”

“Very friendly, easy-to-deal-with and affordable auto repair in Robinson/Carnegie area. Pro: AAA registered, these guys were very accommodating with the work that needed done (and extra work i added after the fact), and the prices were so reasonable I was shocked.Cons: They close at 5:30pm. I guess that's a negative? OK, trying to pull out of their parking lot can be a challenge during rush hour. Summary: Looks like I found a good place to take my post-warranty car to. So hard to find trusty mechanics anymore.”

“Very friendly ATM, conveniently located near the subway stop, and just outside of a Citizens bank in downtown Pittsburgh. I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”
