Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here and I go in frequently due to it being close to where I work. The ladies that work in the offices as well as the tellers are awesome.

This bank has the worst help desk ever. Every time I call they say due to unusually high calls the wait time is over 10 minutes and sometimes as long as an hour. Now think about that statement, if every time I call or you call they usually have unusually high call volume, I think the unusually high volume is usual. Also they sent a check to pay a bill from an account that does not exist and has no money in it, so of course the check could not be cashed and I get a bad credit report. This was not their fault because the people they hired screwed up. They are very good at blaming others for their problems. I will be moving my account which is also a pain in the neck. However the branch managers I deal with are excellent but the help desk does not help. Avoid this bank at all costs.

Online banking is inefficient. Does not work as well as other banks. Your deposit will be held up until Monday.

Not much one can say about a bank. Convenient location, ATM, nice, architecture on the building.
