Have been using Fishy Things for tank service for about 6 months now and have been very pleased with the work provided. Glynn knows his stuff and our tank has never looked so good. Would highly recommend!!

After searching for an aquarium expert, reading reviews and talking with them my clear choice was Fishy Things. You never know if you’ve made the right decision until all is said and done. I made the right decision! Fishy Things is truly a fish/aquarium whisperer. He is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and truly and aquatic lover. I really appreciate everything he is done to keep my fish alive and healthy. ? ? ?

I agree with the review from six months ago who stated the place is rude and unprofessional.I did a google search for aquarium shop and found this place. Google says it is open 24 hours which sounded strange so SINCE THE PLACE DID NOT LIST A WEBSITE WITH GOOGLE, I decided to call and get the scoop. Conversation went like this:Me: “Hi, I just wanted to see if you were open before I drive all the way over there.”Him: “well, if you had looked us up online you would know we are not a store, we are an aquarium service, as I have explained many times online.” (In an annoyed voice)Me: “ok, thank you.”Really? Was that really necessary? Or could you have simply said, “we are not a retail store, we are (whatever kind of store you are), is there something I can help you with?”Well hey, jagoff, how about maintaining your Google listing? How about at least adding a website to it. Do you even HAVE a website for your business? If you did, I would have certainly clicked on the “visit website” link from your Google listing. How about updating the basic info in your listing and the hours of operation? It costs you NOTHING. Or are you one of these people who just use “social media” and depend on people to look around on the plethora of social media platforms to find basic info about your business, after of course bothering to sign up for such a service just for this purpose?Jerk.

Glynn is excellent at what he does. Ive tried for years to get someone to come to my home and service my tank and they say they can and then never show. Day one Glynn was on top of things. He asked lots of questions to understand what i wanted from my tank and where i wanted to go with it. He then did his thing - testing the tank and asking questions on what i had been doing to keep it up. Once he had a full picture, he gave his recommendation. well honestly some was a bit of a shock but not outrageous. Its now been 4mths. And my tank looks great - its never looked this good before. My fish are looking like they are going to breed / i now feel comfortable w/ the thought of putting more fish in my tank (150 gal) and in 30 ill be able to start putting in corals and other soft stuff. this is the way Ive always wanted my tank to look.

Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Would not recommend.
