I stopped in store to look for Christmas hats which there were none. After 5 minutes of browsing I gave up and decided to leave. Upon leaving employee ask me to empty my coat pockets which I refused. Not 1 white person was questioned upon leaving. This blatant discriminate action hiding behind store policy needs to be addressed and I plan to call corporate office.

Five Below is located between Target & Burlington, just around the corner from Point Park University's campus in Downtown Pittsburgh. I always stop in when I'm visiting my son for the weekend. The staff is amazing.

Got my kids gaming headphones at the 5 & beyond area.. They was only 7 and 8 dollars ..
Amazing volume and sound for cheap headphones..

It's a nice store, if you want to be harassed, followed around and forced to have an associate check you out at self checkout. Worker was pushy and demanding. No, thank you! I'll not shop there like that.

I go to this Five Below because of manager Tyla and security Chaz! They are A #1. However, if I have to go there and be treated like a child and have someone check me out at SELF CHECKOUT, it's time to start shopping somewhere else. I'm not a child and I'm not a thief. Don't treat me like one or get rid of the self checkout. This is the only place that treats their customers like this! Not a happy customer!
