Wonderful experience! Brionne assisted me with finding a comfortable shoe for work (nurse). He was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable! Also, everyone working there is so happy and friendly. Great job & great store!!! ?

I walked inside with my two children. My daughter was talking to me and I didn’t hear the two guys say hi to us or welcome. He then goes I don’t say something twice and was extremely rude and ignorant. Find some new employees who treat people kindly. Ridiculous.

Bad customer service. I just visited footlocker at robinson mall pittsburgh pa. I asked a (male) employee if I could try on a pants, his reaction was very unpleasant. I left without buying anything and probably I won't go back to that place.

Terrible customer service . They had 1 young polite girl employee , but the male running the register was very clear to express his voice on how customers were in the store at all , as if it severely interfered with what he was doing . From what i gathered at the other stores this was a "busy saturday" for the mall , and after visiting reviews it was easy to understand later why they had the least traffic through Foot Locker during my visit . Did not care to look through the selection due to my visit not feeling very welcome . DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently visited this Footlocker and had a disappointing encounter with two male employees who exhibited a bad attitude. It was evident that they didn't enjoy their work, and their lack of enthusiasm reflected in how they treated customers. I couldn't help but feel sad for them and wished they could find jobs that motivated them to contribute positively to their lives. The overall experience was overshadowed by the apparent disinterest and lack of customer service skills displayed by these individuals. The lady was very nice and looked like she was the only one who enjoyed working there. I hope Footlocker considers addressing this issue to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers

One of the guys hooked me up with a deal after we shared our disgruntlement over how much certain shoes have gone up in price the past few years. Didn’t catch his name but he was awesome, appreciate him much for that. great staff there

The employee helping me was upset that I had to try on different sizes and stated I should know my size all shoes fit differently and last I checked that was part of the job requirement

Worst customer service ever was there to by shoes asked 1 lady for help she laughed and walked off and said I'm going on break tried to get help from the young man working this evening totally ignored the only reason you get a star is because I had to I will never return to this store again I will spend my money elsewhere

The two gentlemen at the door had lousy bad attitudes, while we were shopping, 4 customers left the store after the 2 gentlemen were being rude to them. They then, with attitude, accused my wife and i of doing something we did not do, so we put the products we wanted to buy away and went to champs and bought products from them. Champs had way better customer service. Never seen so much disrespect towards customers. We will also notify corporate headquarters of this store. Sorry for those that have experienced these two gentlemen in a negative way.

Employees were lost and rude. No one seemed to care to do their jobs. It seemed like a teenaged hangout spot than a business. I left and bought my son shoes at finish line.

Store was at least over 30 mins late opening so I had to leave and come back later. Manager was rude and unprofessional from start to finish, no customer service skills, dismissive and impolite… claimed I didn’t purchase my shoes from Footlocker since they were an online order and they didn’t have the shoes in store… after showing him proof of purchase with my online receipt he reluctantly gave me my refund… would not recommend that store at all…
