I lived for 4 years in their property. Contrary to most reviews here, I found Forward management to be very considerate and responsive. They would always respond to the maintenance request promptly, stuffs are respectful.

Half of the machines in the laundromat aren't working most of the time. The apartments do not have proper insulation so it get cold in the nights, esp. during winters. The maintanance guys don't show even if you call the management. I am personally not happy with the service.
