I absolutely love everything about this store. The fashion vibe is current, trendy, stylish, yet affordable. I've been in the store more recently then in the past and I'm in love with Francesca's!! What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. You can tell she loves what she does and knows a great deal about fashion. You always leave feeling beautiful. Thank you, Becky!!

So much to see in this little store! What's nice is that it's all very well organized for having so many clothes, accessories, and little decorations. Everything is really easy to find, and the employees are more than willing to help you find what you need. I'd describe the clothing here as trendy, somewhat nice/somewhat casual. Mostly catered to young adults. I didn't see any ripped or super revealing clothing, nor did I see anything ultra fancy. It's somewhere right in the middle. It's on the more expensive end, but prices fall right in line with this boutique-style clothing all over the market, so nothing outrageous. Shout out to Lauren and her coworker who I met for the first time yesterday! While I was waiting in line with my purchase, they were met by a couple of concerned customers who were a tad high-maintenance. Both Lauren and her coworker were extremely patient and went out of their way to help these customers get the best price and feel happy with their purchases. I was impressed. Nicely done, you two! I'll be back for sure!

Great store and my friend made some good purchases. While located in a pricey area, we were pleased to see competitive prices. Becky assisted us and she made it a very pleasant experience. We'll be back.

I came in here the other day for the third time and always have such a phenomenal experience. They have everything from clothing, to shoes, to accessories, to candles, etc. Their promos are always THE BEST & the employees here are so personable and ready to help. Parking on walnut is a little tricky but you usually find a space either in the parking lot or in the outdoor lots a block away.

Loved shopping in Francesca's today! The employee was very happy, friendly and helpful. There were so many neat things in the store. I purchased some sunglasses and some cool lipgloss with flowers in it. Their jewelry was also lots of fun to browse and next time I'm in need of some jewelry for an occasion I'll be sure to come back.

Their clothes are so cute, and they almost always have a sale happening. Their staff are also very nice and helpful.
