“What an amazing and kind group of people. We had a rescue pup pass away unexpectedly en route from Texas to Pittsburgh on Christmas eve and these incredible folks were able to accommodate meeting with us and taking our sweet Rex into their care as soon as we arrived to town that morning. They explained everything to us and shared in our sorrow every step of the way. They were so respectful and compassionate. We never felt like we were silly for bringing a dog we barely knew in for their services. They understood ? Rex finally made it home to us within a week. They presented his creamains beautifully.
