BUYER BEWARE, this chain of stores has a well-documented scam tactic. Be VERY WARY of the "Backstage Pass" or "VIP" program (or whatever they are calling their 'discount program' these days), and DO NOT let any employee sign you up for it. It is NOT FREE, and whichever card you use for your purchase the day you sign up will be charged $12/month continually afterward.
I was recently made aware that multiple people I know were taken advantage of. PLEASE be vigilant and don't let yourself be one of them. Employees are told they aren't allowed to tell customers about the charge and to follow the prompt. Everyone who has tried to cancel by calling their number says they are given the runaround. You will have to close your cards and be on the phone with your bank for ages. Just DON'T DO IT.
If you can make it in & out of here without being signed up for their discount program, this place is harmless. (Use CASH, NOT CARD if you can!) Just doing my due diligence in trying to protect consumers.

Unfortunately tends have shifted away from physical media so it’s harder to find movies on DVD\Blu Ray/4K at a good deal that aren’t generic titles you see everywhere. This FYE still had a pretty good movie selection which is better than some of the other FYE stores. The clerk at the counter was very friendly and an absolute joy to speak with! If you’re in the area definitely also check out “The Exchange” nearby.

Smaller in comparison to other FYE's I've been to, however it still had a good selection of merch to satisfy the pop culture nerd inside of you. I even managed to find a less than common album as a gift for my partner so I am very satisfied :)

I was at the beaver valley Mall and was very disappointed to find out that location was closed, you should reopen there and take a lawyer with you to negotiate a lease with the neanderthal owners of the mall now

They overcharged me the first time then charged me twice with two different cards because their terminal was down. Was told they'd drop but the one got posted. So I paid for stuff twice and I can't get my money back for stuff I didn't even buy. I'm so upset.

Rude staff that just followed me every where and made me super uncomfortable. I asked if everything was ok but they followed me for 13 minutes section by section. It made me leave from feeling like I wasn't welcome in the store.

I love the variety of things offered here.I recently got a FRIENDS and a Seinfeld t-shirt here. There is a Pusheen cat shirt in the window holding a pizza that's been taunting me. Not my size and not in the store currently, so I drew it to hold me over.The staff is so friendly.Just a fun place to go look around in.

Been here a couple times, and always seems to impress me! They have a good variety on DVDs for modern bands and Kpop, and their funky pop collection is always fun to skim through. Though I wish they had a better variety of mangas and the figurines are kinda scattered. Still worth stopping by though! Oh! And this place isn’t the cheapest place either, just a heads up!

Besides movies and music, they have a lot of other things to look at. There are cool t-shirts and collectible items from shows and movies. They have posters, calendars, and sometimes even cardboard cutouts. They staff has always been friendly when I've been there.
