Leave the store with an employee in charge who can't even complete simple product exchanges. No wonder the company is on the brink of bankruptcy.

I went into this store, in the north Hills of Pittsburgh today with my 7 year old son, and I was attempting to return a PS five controller. I did not know that the policy was no returns if the box was open. The store I purchased this controller from sold used or opened box controllers for $15 less. So I was at least assuming I could do that.I simply said to the manager, Devon, this policy is not fair, you are the only business around that will not take a return on a new item if the box is open. And I also said it doesn’t make me want to spend any money here because of that policy.As I walked away, the manager, Devon said to me,” Then, take your money elsewhere, we don’t want your business”So I turned around to get his name, and he wrote everything down for me, and said to me, I was the one being rude, I started it. In that moment, I felt like I was speaking to a really immature person.Needless to say, my next $500 game control purchase will not come from GameStop. I would recommend anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.

Let me just start by saying the guy with the long hair (Devin) was amazing. He was great. I brought in a system for trade in and i was in n out super fast. Talked me thru everything he was doing n y he was doing it. Super friendly n polite. I'd recommend any1 to come n here n deal with this guy. Thanks again

So I went to this store to trade an item in. Was greeted by this strange guy with long hair and an attitude. I’m like hi I’m looking to trade this item in and he was like oh what are you buying. At this moment I realized he wasn’t to smart then he started cursing because he lost has scanner. Proceeded to check my items like a tsa agent checking for a bomb. Then he took my great condition controller and checked it like a monkey would. This guy was so annoying and rude in professional and really needs to get out of customer service. Tried to offer me 30 bucks lol I left. Will never shop there again. The kid with the purple jacket was cool tho.

I feel so Disrespected by the people at this location.I showed up for a hiring event with a resume, The manager on duty said I'd be great for a management position.Then no word.I stop back in with another resume for the second manager same story I'll talk to my district manager and get back to you.Nothing.I come back the first manager tells me to give him a call Monday I should be starting middle of next week.Then nothing.I've been in management, hiring positions and never would I treat somebody like that .I can accept a simple no, but to be left in the dark, while they have a now hiring sign on the door is extremely Disrespectful.

Always helpful, even the people who pick up calls to answer questions are helpful. They aren't always well staffed but the staff they have get me what I need in a quick and efficient manner.

I came in to buy a console, and there were 3 employees behind the counter completely ignoring me just talking about what they are gonna do Friday. When I'm finally fed up and left, the dude that seemed like the supervisor of them mockingly told me have fun bud when I left... This makes it 2 straight trips I had unprofessional service at this store, 2 straight times I had to walk out without what I came for, and this will 100% be the last time I go to gamestop.

I honestly don't know what happened or who's getting hired here, but I can tell you that they have zero video game knowledge and could care less if you buy from them or not. Atleast have some current event knowledge in the gaming industry and some past experience with gaming. I bet the person who (I can't say helped me,) was behind the counter probably doesn't have a console or PC and plays candy crush. God help us all if this is what customer service is going to remain as for the future. ?✌️

Came in for help with my xbox360 and the Xbox series x I have ordered and the staff could not have been more helpful. Absolutely above and beyond. This is the kind of dream customer service that earns a customer for life!
