My favorite mall store as a kid but my review isn't about the employee or manager that work here but the GameStop corporation and name as a whole and give consumers the knowledge they need when shopping here
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! This is a photo of an internal training document encouraging employees to automatically add warranties to all available items when you make a purchase. This leads to customers purchasing warranties they didn't realize were optional. It's a pretty scummy practice and remember always be checking your receipts!

I stopped by the GME GameStop at South Hills Village Mall, and honestly, it was a great experience. The store is well-organized and has everything you’d expect—games, consoles, collectibles, all of it. The staff were super helpful, too. I asked about a game I couldn’t remember the name of, just described it as ‘something with dragons,’ and they immediately knew what I meant and even gave me a couple of suggestions.
It’s not just about the products; the vibe is great, like they actually care about gamers. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just grabbing a gift, it’s definitely worth checking out. Solid spot.

Since the other gamestop in bethel park closed, this one has become more popular and cleaner looking. The staff is friendly and helpful when they're not super busy ringing out customers. Happy to see that they've started including new products, I'm curious of the quality of the gamestop branded products, but I hope they aren't cheap trash. Gamestop could be the last bastion of physical gaming, let's hope they don't fumble the bag

Decent for a small mall store, not a ton of merchandise to browse. I pop in for 10 minutes maybe, just to see if there are any deals.

Store site says it close at 8 and I was there around 5:30 and the gate was already down and the lights were out.

Came in to buy a Nintendo switch pro controller, found one used. Dude working there wasn't very well versed in Nintendo stuff but was very nice and cool to talk to.
