I walked in around christmas eve looking to do some last minute shopping for my in laws. the girl with the shaggy brown hair-Cate I believe, was very helpful and kind in assisting me. I kept asking her a lot of questions, and she patiently gave me answers to each one. Amazing girl!

This Gap store sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for moderate prices. For my recent visit, the employees’ customer service was very good, but I did not like much of the merchandise. I did purchase two shirts, but the sizing was inconsistent. Although the shirts were the same size, one was baggy, and one was tight.

Hi, I would like to share my recent experience at this GAP at ross park mall. When walking in, I was not greeting as I was with a group of adult. The lady working gave us a look and spoke to the other coworker. Hearing a fat joke from my friend who is bigger. While in line, with merchandise to purchase, the woman working said “are you guys even buying anything or just being disruptive”. 3 out of 5 of us were purchasing clothes and she forced the two who were not purchasing stuff to stand on the opposite side of the store and refused for them to speak as well as kicking them out as they weren’t buying anything. The people working had no business working in costumer service. I don’t know why GAP employees do NOT have name tags. Ridiculous

Gapkids at Ross Park Mall in North Hills, Pittsburgh needs to hire people that have a better attitude and knowledge of exchanging items purchased online and exchanged for the exact same item one size up in store. The sales girl and floor manager would not listen to us and refused to exchange a pink jacket that was given as a gift online to my granddaughter for her birthday. I was really taken back by her attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us. She insisted we were unable to exchange an item purchased online that was a gift. I got this off their website when I got home: (Returning or Exchanging a GiftDid you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it for another item or a gift card). Clearly she needs educated about her place of employments policies. Unbelievable and ignorant!
