Zero pressure with Tim, he wanted me to make the right choice for me. He did manage to get me the best rate at the earliest availability to insure a Civic I was in the process of buying. Highly recommend Tim!

I always have a pleasant experience when I call them! Recently, I added a driver, and also go through them for homeowners as well as auto insurance! They bundled them together and I saved a ton! They also offer discounts for many things! I have been a customer for many years and do not plan on changing any time soon.

These people have been harassing me for weeks. I had four missed calls from them in one hour. Over 20 missed calls this week. Multiple other people have experienced many unsolicited calls from them as well. I went with Progressive because they dont harass potential customers. Ive had to block this office twice now. If I dont reply the first few times, LEAVE ME ALONE. The most unprofessional way of running a business I have ever seen.

Tim and in particular Paula, are an amazing combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. The insurance industry is not an easy one to maneuver but when it comes to quality and value in homeowners insurance, I found there is no one better. Auto insurance saved a good deal over my previous insurer. However, when I attempted to "bundle " my homeowner's policy l spent almost an hour on the phone going over my policy because the office was closed due to Covid. I was told that Geico did not insure homeowners, but they had companies that they worked with and they would get back to me with a quote in a few days. That was 2 months ago and i am still waiting for them to get back to me. My homeowner's policy expires at the end of the month. I now am scrambling to find another insurer that will bundle my auto and homeowner's insurance.

Dani was awesome! Called me when I first inquired and I was still deciding on a policy. She ensured I had all the information I needed and was always available to clearly answer any questions I had along the way. She was always available and returned my calls promptly. I have switched to Geico and I'm not going anywhere now. Also, Geico was by far my most affordable option with the exact same coverage I had previously. Thanks Dani !!

This company overcharged my premium payment by over $100 , was told by Tim Hester I'd have the overcharge refunded within 24 hours. 3 weeks later still no refund or response. Terrible business practices.

I got Geico insurance online. I would not recommend them to anyone. My new car was hit in the parking lot of the casino, the entire thing caught on camera. I have been trying to get my deductible back for 10 months. They are unprofessional, they don't return your calls, just give you lip service. I have spent countless hours doing their job, and they still can't resolve this. It's on camera , they tracked him through the casino. I have been told the total amount of damages are not worth their time or Trouble. Ridiculous!

Id had geico car insurance for 15 years. Twice my car was hit and not my fault. Both times geico would not pursue the other person and just encourage me to go through them and pay my deductible to have my car fixed. The second time my car was hit I went to the other person's insurance because I did not want to pay my deductible and geico wasn't helping and was lying about following up. It was my experience with the other person's insurance that made me leave geico. They were so nice and timely. The adjuster came to my house on my schedule and I was paid quickly no questions asked. Another time I had to use geico towing and the type companies they hooked me up with were so disrespectful. This isn't what I wanted as a 15 year customer. I don't want to pay my deductible if it's not my fault. I want them to advocate for me.
