They do great body work. But if you want your car to be good for the road stay away from here!! Less than a week getting my car back it broke down and they did nothing to help with it. I have a car sitting outside my home that looks great but is totally undriveable. If I could give them a negative 100 I would.

Update 7/26/23: After 2 days the check engine light went out and it has not come back on. The odor coming into the car, went away when the light went off. I have added a star to my review.I have taken my car here twice. In May 2020 and in June 2023. May 2020 was a pleasureable experience and my car was done in 2.5 weeks. I had a few more fender benders where someone side swiped me and backed into Me. I hand my front bumper, fender, dent on my hood and alignment. A few other parts connected to that as well and paint. I dropped off June 16 and was given July 5 to be finished. It was delayed another 2 weeks and I was not able to pick up my car until July 18. When I picked it up there was a check engine light on and I had to leave the car to be calibrated. There has never been a check engine light on in my car. There was no check engine light during the prescan and nothing noted on July 18th. On July 20, I went back and they handed me the attached picture and said it was an intake manifold and they cleared the light but it would probably come back on and to call them. They may make this rigt and I hope they do. I have to schedule an appointment with my mechanic to run tests and see what happened while in their car. I'm not saying don't take your car here because your experience may not be mine but this is my story and hopefully its resolved without lawyers getting involved. I should not have to be dealing with a problem that wasn't a problem before I brought my car in. There is also a burning smell entering the car and alot of erk erk sound coming from the left tire as Im driving.-Customer service was good and I was treated fairly as a person. The bumper looks great.* car left dirty with oily hand prints in the front driver and paasenger doors & panels and back driver door. Charger unpluged in back seat, umbrella taken out of front passenger door and thrown in backseat. Front passenger seat leaned as far back at it will go (why anyone would be joy riding is beyond Me and there is a 35 mile difference from the estimate from dropoff until when I picked it up*

Horrible experience. My car was there over a month to fix a dent and a cracked headlight. When I went to pick it up six weeks later, my windshield was cracked, my oil and coolant were leaking, the knob to open my hood was snapped off, and my back left brake light/turn signals are out. I truly don’t know what they did to my car. Ive tried calling, I’ve left my number, I can’t get in touch with anyone at this place. Run for the hills!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in for damage repair Gerber took a look at it and said it would be fixed so I left my vehicle with them later on I come back the car looks amazing like new again I was excited to have my baby back they did an amazing work damage fixed and paint looks great so if I have any other accidents or issues I'll be here back at Gerber collision &Glass and the staff was nice to work with so thank you Gerber staff you guys are awesome ? I give them a 10/10. Before and after pictures.

Stay far away. I dropped off my Volvo at the end of May to fix a dent and my front passenger headlight. When I got it back in mid July, my windshield was cracked, my back left brake light/turn signal was out, my oil and coolant are leaking, and the knob to open my hood was snapped off. They are claiming all these things were there before, but I have evidence otherwise. Dishonest and shameful. Run for the hills!!!!!

Customer service is terrible - I don’t think I have even been treated as bad by any other shop. I had to make an appointment for a claims adjuster, and after driving 45 mins through traffic I was told they would not be able to see me. Even after I explained the situation with an accident that had backed up traffic I was told I would need to reschedule. There were no other appointments after me and it was only 3:15. Their manager and adjuster refused to even talk to me. I don’t know how they became an official shop for insurance adjustment with their horrible service - they do not care about the customer. If you are not within 15mins of their shop I would say avoid them at all costs - you’ll only be disappointed by their apathy and poor people skills.

this is the worst place they sent me with a faulty car taking 22 thousand dollars and they worked very dirty everywhere in the cabin there was dirt some keys were stolen from me they didn’t put in their place I will call them thieves and scammers

To be clear this is my first time ever writing a review that's how bad my experience was! Gerber collision and glass had my car for two month. They would send text messages that were incorrect it would say one thing and when I called they would say another so you never really knew how far along they were with your car. The secretary was very unprofessional she hung up on me twice when I tried to talk to someone other than her. when I had enough because my insurance company was not paying for my rental car I showed up to their location just to talk to a technician or someone that knew about the car. the secretary was hesitant to get someone for me and when she got up to find someone for me she came back by herself and told me everybody was too busy to talk to me. at this time I'm extremely frustrated I've been paying out of pocket for a rental for 2 weeks which is very costly. i tried to ask my insurance to get gerber to pay for my rental in which they refused and I had to keep paying out of pocket. At this time I exhausted anything and everything I could do to try to find something out about my car and nobody at gerber seemed to care. so basically it was a sitting and waiting game with no clue when my car would be done. every time I called they told me they didnt have a timefram!After two long months of not really knowing what was going on my car finally was done. when I got my keys nobody came out with me to look over the car in which I seen them do with other people and I read on other reviews that gerber does that. after I looked over my car I noticed that my aux cord was missing, the 24pack of water that was in my trunk was missing and their was a used cigar in between my passenger seat and I don't smoke! pros- the car does drive well they did a really good job on the body work. the car was clean inside and out. other than the poor customer service and lack of communication they did good i only had my car for a day so we'll see what the future hold.

My car was broken into and this is one of the very few approved sites for an insurance adjuster to see my car and evaluate the damage. I made an appointment, drove nearly 45 mins through traffic (accident on the highway made the trip longer than expected). When I arrived they said the adjuster would not see me and I would need to reschedule - it was only 3:15. I was polite and asked multiple times if there was anything they could do for me today but they refused - the only thing they would do is make another appointment for me, have me drive at least 1/2 hour back home, then drive back there another day. The insurance adjuster refused to even talk to me. Stay away at all costs if you need an insurance adjuster or repairs- you'll only be disappointed by their apathy and poor customer service.

Brought my car in for an estimate for warranty repair. Erin gave me the estimate and said she was going to submit to insurance company for approval. 3 weeks and several phone calls later, Erin never submitted the paperwork after she has been pointing the finger at the insurance company. My claim is now pass expiration thanks to this and has become a headache. If you want to get jerked around and do the legwork for someone else call Gerber!
