The tight spaces and parking I can deal with, because it's Pittsburgh. But I have an issue every time I go here. Two times ago, the cashier rang everything up weird because i grabbed a couple items from the sale rack and I had to call my credit card company to get it all straightened out. Today I ordered a pretzel the easiest thing in the world to cook. He gave it to me in 30 seconds and it was raw and cold. I've even gotten ones off of the warmer that were still cold in the middle. I generally love get go but this one in particular need some training.

Stood waiting for service for upto 5 mins because the person behind the counter felt they were to busy with something else to give timely service. Commenting about another individual that seems to continuously leave the register. Also why cant cash be accepted for gas at 6:30am? I was told to wait another 5 minutes to be able to pay cash for my fill up.

Employees are rude, in particular an older white lady, I am a disabled veteran and I was asking for ice because I was overheating and she decided to be give me attitude instead of being helpful.She should be reprimanded for her attitude towards customers she is representing Getgo. I will be calling customer service to report

On Saturday, July 26th at 08:05, the cashier took money from me twice even though I paid and said that I did not pay. I will never come to the getgo on Baum Boulevard because of this cashier.

In order to get a receipt for my gasoline purchase, I'd have to go inside. You know who has receipts at the pump? Sheetz! Sheetz has paper receipts. Plus your fountain drink lids refuse to stay on the cup. If I wanted to douse myself with pop, I can do it without the extra steps.

The GeGo on Buam Blvd in Pittsburgh is the Dirtiest GeGo, not to mention the customer service is substandard. Rude Nasty store clerks. The bathrooms require a tetanus shot

I wanted to give a shout out to Getgo security officers Levon and Bill, who helped me tremendously this week when my girlfriend blew a tire in her car while I was in Baltimore working. Bill first tried to help my girlfriend pump her blown tire, but helped her instead discover that the puncture was too severe to plug. Levon then not only leant me his four-way tire iron, but he also helped me get my lug out of the four way when it got stuck for what seemed like an hour. Bill and Levon went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I in a pinch. Thanks 🙏

everything was fine minus the parking situation, but it’s in a busy area, so they can’t really control that.
my problem comes with the market. took over 20 mins for my order (breakfast sandwich and mozzarella sticks). i understand that it might be a little bit of a wait because they make things to order, which would’ve been fine, but 20+ mins? my sandwich looked less than to be desired—muffin was barely toasted, thrown together sloppily, missing two condiments that i ordered. my mozzarella sticks, i got charged for marinara sauce, that i did not receive. i went back in with my receipt, and the woman bagging orders wouldnt/didn’t acknowledge my existence. so i just gave up and left. if i wanted it to be remade, the chances of it actually being done would’ve been slim to none.
