I love this car wash and the employees are always so helpful. I love seeing their smiling faces and their well wishes every time I go through their wash. I highly recommend this car wash.

I just watched the security guard push a woman holding her baby and call her the n word.
I'm not sure if she is trespassed for some reason or what, but that was a disgusting way to handle the situation.
When I informed the locations management I was informed that it's not possible, yet I was parked right next to the interaction and witnessed the entire thing in front of my son.

Need to be asking customers if they have perks, litterally forgot to type it in, paid more for gas because it slipped my mind. It would be nice if the employees cared enough to ask did you want to add you phone number

Tried to get my car washed using my unlimited washing’s membership. The car wash was blocked off with a sign telling us to wait for an attendant that never came. So much for paying for unlimited car washes.

Either they need to stay open 24 hours or shut down, and the employees shouldn't be here if they're going to be closed. They also won't give you the my perks price at any location anymore

This location constantly forgets my orders, and the staff ends up arguing with me instead of just giving a refund.
Last week, I was stuck waiting for my order for twenty whole minutes because apparently no one was manning the kitchen. This is the second time this has happened in the last month.

The best get go for customer service. Their location is usually busy most of they day and their employees handle the work load effortlessly. I'm not sure what they are making but the need a raise or atleast some notable recognition.
