If I could give this store a no star rating I would. I am a Penn dot worker who came in to purchase a drink and use the restroom on a HOT HUMID day only to find out they have no public restrooms. Now as a state worker and since they provide food, they are required to have restrooms. Us women who work outdoors cannot just go anywhere.

Good price on gas and cigs. I always get my cigarettes here. Free air too for tires.

Pumps will not accept fuel cards and then I go in and the lady keeps telling me to do the same thing over and over again and I get frustrated and you know she tells me to go get gas somewhere else

I was abused horribly and discriminated against by multiple employees here. These employees need to reprimanded and trained better. The way they treat customers is absolutely despicable!!

I went into this Getgo today to get gas. First of all I am a paying customer. There was a lady named Susan who checked me out that was the rudest customer service agent I have met at this location. This has not happened once but twice. Apparently I put my card in too quickly but the way she handled it and the way she spoke to me was not ok. Not only did I ask her not to be rude but then she told me I WAS RUDE AND THAT THE SITUATION was all my fault. Mind you she did it with a whole store full of customers and then has the nerve to run outside and scream that my card was declined. After going back in and running the card again it was not declined. I need to speak with the highest person I can because this experience and the one previous is not how you treat customers. These employees are being paid because we come to this store. I will never in my life go to any getgo ever again and I want it rectified. She should not be in a place of customer service if she is not going to give it. The GIANT EAGLE brand to me is not worth the aggravation. You’re supposed to be set apart from the rest and if she doesn’t like her job then she shouldn’t be working there.
