Worst service ever, didn’t tell me which line I had to ask, didn’t say I was okay too go. Barley acknowledged me at all. The taller black man and the short women with red hair are the ones who was there. I would say took care of me but they did nothing. Never coming back to location again.

Bob and Paul who work in the back making food are great. I go in looking for an apple pie and they know what I want when they see me. Two very nice and friendly gentlemen. They deserve a raise.

Saturday 11/9/24, horrible customer service at checkout, clerk seemed annoyed that she had to wait on us and not do her lottery job. Pilgrim sandwich was also terrible, took 2 bites and threw it out. No wonder Giant Eagle is selling these off.

The late cashiers can be rude and always seem unhappy. I don't like going here anymore because of these reasons and trying to get in/out of there can be hectic the exit has a lot of pot holes.

This has to be the worst GetGo Cafe and Market in a 200 Mi radius. Every person working there is absolutely miserable and treats customers like trash. They never have more than one person working the food Cafe so they are constantly late, always over on order delivery time, and talk to customers with concerns about their order like they are idiots. More specifically there are two older ladies that have been working there for years and they absolutely despise their jobs, however they keep coming back, they are the complete example of what not to do and how not to treat customers. I left a review almost a year ago and this is my first time back since and nothing has changed. I have no doubt in my mind that everything wrong with the store starts with the direct leadership and manager of the store. If it was just one or two employees "I would say okay they just need better trained." But this is obviously a systematic leadership failure

Very rude service. They got public microwave get the dang thing fixed I am po about it. Not even a discount on food. Guy on the phone literally smack the phone in my face. I came in I was going to get beer but couldn't even do that. Seems as far more I know night crew sucks expect for the white guy making food. Service sucked tonight and won't be back till the issue is fixed. I will be going elsewhere for now. Should figure giant eagle is one greedy company as well.guy up front was literally waiting for shift change I'm sorry but your manager should have had the ready.

Ordered a blueberry latte And impossible breakfast sandwich. Blueberry latte had no coffee in it and impossible. Breakfast sandwich was made with regular sausage and not vegan sausage. Awful!. I was refunded for my latte at least.

Without a doubt the WORST staff around. I’m in here daily and no one gives a damn about anything. Cashiers are rude and slow. Acknowledge you whenever they feel like it. Restroom is filthy. Asked what time breakfast sandwiches go out and the answer was “umm when we feel like it” These people suck.
