Rude and got my order completely wrong and didn’t have half the items (it was a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg on a croissant and they gave me a bagel with cheese and that’s it.) the cashiers are very nice but the people who work the food not so much.

I am very upset I am pregnant and I ordered a chicken grilled sandwich, the chicken wasn't cooked at all it was very rough and raw looking I was hungry looking forward to eating I am disappointed n annoyed like whoever made that could of tried more harder that's kinda scamish do not waste your money eating there smh

Stopped to get a drink and use the bathroom. I’ve been to several Get Go’s and this was the absolute worst. The men’s room was disgustingly gross. Feces all over the toilet and on the floor and walls. Sink was so filthy. I didn’t even wanna touch it. Was going to grab a soft drink, but it was filthy there as well. Avoid this place!

This store is the biggest scam on the planet & it managed by mental defects.
I am never going to buy 6 donuts ' a 1/2 Gallen of milk and two very little ice cram Twix bars here again. The total is $19.34.
The staff is uneducated & ignorant.
There is no manager at all. They cannot do returns. F this place' F Giant Eagle & don't complain to customer service ' because Giant Eagle does not care about their customers. I am never ever buying gas or even buying a pack of rip off gum.
You are a fool to ever shop here. I am boycotting & banning this God awful place.

Service was a bit slow, but they were busy and doing their best. Clean and well organized. I was happy with the quality and price of the salad I got to go.
The beer was cheaper than other nearby stores.

Don't go here at night. The place is locked up like it is some sort of night club or something. 15 person limit for some reason, safety? Who knows... There's always something going on at night. Close the kitchen, turn off some order kiosks, or shutting down entry tk the building. It is almost like they don't want your business, so I wouldn't give it to them. Find another store that will let you in and sell you what you want.
They should close this place after dark like Wilkinsburg Getgo. It doesn't make sense to be open 24 hrs.
