My bruschetta was appalling to say the least. it's disrespectful towards bruschetta just by calling this bruschetta. I got a MOUNTAIN of diced tomatoes with a few slices of SOGGY bread. don't even get me started on the taste...

A Pleasant Dining Experience at Gianna Vias Restaurant & Review:Nestled in the heart of Caste Village, Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar offers a pleasant dining experience with decent food and attentive service. While the cuisine may not be extraordinary, the welcoming ambiance and friendly staff make it a worthwhile spot for a casual meal.Let's start with the food, which is satisfactory but doesn't necessarily stand out. Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar offers a diverse menu featuring a variety of classic dishes, from pasta and pizza to seafood and steak. While the flavors are generally pleasing and the portions are less than generous, the dishes lack the wow factor that would elevate them to a higher level. That being said, the food is at times ill-prepared and offers no value for the price.Where Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar truly shines is in its service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome and prompt seating. Throughout the meal, the servers are attentive to your needs, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring that your drinks are always topped off. Their professionalism and hospitality contribute greatly to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. The restaurant features a cozy interior with comfortable seating and tasteful decor, creating a casual atmosphere. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or colleagues, the restaurant provides a pleasant setting for conversation and relaxation. While the food may not be exceptional, the attentive service and inviting ambiance make it a worthwhile choice for a casual meal or gathering. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely dinner, Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar delivers on its promise of good service and a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar may not offer the most extraordinary food, but its attentive service and welcoming atmosphere make it a solid choice for a casual meal or night out. If you're in the mood for decent food and good service in a relaxed setting, Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar is worth a visit.

Gianna Via's has traditionally been a wonderful place to go for meetings and have a nice meal. However, after the mistreatment of the staff by ownership, I will no longer support them. We have had the same waitress who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome for years recently be fired over a small, unoffensive flower tattoo on her arm. What is most concerning is that the policy is only for some staff, which is a violation of the equal opportunity policy. Furthermore, the policy was only implemented after this employee had completed the artwork.

We were still eating, the waiter came and was taking my food away, I had to tell her I was still eating, it's like she wanted us out of the restaurant, she brought us the check before we asked for it, I couldn't get a chance for a second drink. That was not cool. We were there for only an hour.Honestly we felt not wanted there.

I had my daughter in laws baby shower there. Jimmy your chef did a fantastic job with the food. Everyone raved about the food. My servers were fantastic. Thank you everyone involved for making a special day more special.

My parents eat here fairly often and going off of their review of the latest visit plus the chicken parm they brought back for me as takeout, the food here gets a 3. It seems as though the quality has gone down in their meals or is hit or miss. My chicken parm had a ton of breading on it and the chicken itself was dry. The flavor of the sauce was off. My mom's cod was not flaky nor flavorful and the greens & beans also had limited to no garlic flavoring. My dad thought his meal was good, however, and the service is also good! Sub-par Italian, IMO.

The food is delicious. The service is good. It's a little bit on the pricey side, but not terrible.Parking: It is shared parking with caste village. You will almost certainly find a spot, but you may have a little bit of a walk to get there. The spots in front of the restaurant fill up very quickly.Kid-friendliness: They provide crayons and a kids menu where a kid can color. There aren't really any areas for kids to move around inside the restaurant, though. Although the back room might be your best bet, since it is at least slightly isolated.Wheelchair accessibility: I do not see any ways in which a person in a wheelchair is directly prevented from getting around. However, it is a very crowded area inside, and I did not see any powered doors on the way in, so someone might need help in getting doors open for them, if they are not very agile in reaching out of the wheelchair.
