I've been a member here for years and I've finally hit the breaking point where I'm going somewhere else even if it's across town. My stuff has been messed up way too many times, and the fact that I'm stuck going through severe discontinuation syndrome due to their incompetence without any assistance is unacceptable.

I've never used giant eagle pharmacy but rite aid on Brighton road closed so without consulting with me the sent my prescriptions there I went day 1 to pick them up they told me they had to order it day 2 of no blood pressure medicine they tell me the order didn't come my blood pressure is now 150 over 101 with no medicine it's totally wrong to take prescriptions from rite aid you can't fill if I stroke out then what

If you’re looking to switch from the Rite Aid on Brighton Road that is closing PLEASE choose another pharmacy option. The Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Brighton/Bellevue is incredibly unorganized, consistently runs out of common medications, communicates inaccurate information on a regular basis and the staff is not helpful. This is not a good pharmacy. Please save yourself a tremendous headache.

I am housebound and navigating getting prescriptions to be picked up or delivered could be so complicated (life being housebound is complicated), but the people at Brighton Road Giant Eagle Pharmacy are always so helpful. I usually wind up speaking to Dan and he is so helpful and on top of things. He give excellent help to someone like me who especially needs it.

Female Pharmacist is never in a good mood. Never says, Hi or How are you! Just says, What’s the name on the Script! She doesn’t tell you anything about the medication and when I ask a question, it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer. My main concern is that she is giving out medication and saying NOTHING about it. I didn’t notice the writing in the back of the medicine pack and I took the meds wrong. Not necessarily her fault, but clearly I was extremely extremely sick and out of it……. You think she’d say something about it. Not to mention, she never looks clean. Be a better person lady or switch stores.

Manager Robert is very rude! Accused me of stealing when all I did was walk to the service desk and out of the store then proceeded to tell me “F—- you I’m going to check the cameras now I hope you stole something” I will No longer shop here and I will absolutely let everyone know that this man is straight profiling people and watching them the entire time when they walk into that store to shop.
