This GE pharmacy used to be good, but not so now. I have a bad back & knees. They used to have a bench & chairs positioned where the line is but not now. They also had two pharmacists working the register, but when someone left & it came to my time up, she left the register. I waited for about 15 mins and was in a great deal of pain. They used to have quick & friendly pharmacists but not now. If you have a bad back or knees, you might want to choose a different pharmacist.

Always a great experience with very personal care and professional advise. The pharmacists are always easily available for assistance. The staff is so gracious when I call and equally wonderful when I have questions. A few of the young staff are prepping for pharmacy school: what better preparation. Theodora is a constant and good presence there. She always remembers names and faces. I would not go anywhere else and I have a very nice pharmacy within walking distance. I have never had a bad experience.

Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up the year end print out of my and my recently deceased husband’s prescriptions for 2024 taxes. I having been using the GE pharmacy at Pine Creek for over 20 years and my deceased husband for over 30 years. The tech helping me was so kind and said she was sorry for my loss but the pharmacist was outright rude and asked if I was the POA a couple times then said I had to bring the paperwork in before I could obtain his prescription list from Jan to July 2024. He passed away in 2024 after several years of suffering with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. We have used only this pharmacy for hundreds of prescription drugs to treat the leukemia. I did not even know if I still had the paperwork for the POA. I had already made so many difficult life decisions for him and he passed away 6 months prior. It took me a few weeks to even be able to bring myself to go in to pick up the paperwork. I had moved away from the area and it was a 45 minute drive from my new home. The pharmacist was curt, unsympathetic, and without any compassion for how I felt. She didn’t express any sympathy for my loss or explain to me why she may need a POA when he was deceased. She loudly talked at me from across the pharmacy and I took great offense. It made me cry. I will never go back to your Pine Creek location ever again. You should be training your pharmacists to be compassionate when someone has died. Your other pharmacists never ever treated us in this fashion. Shame on you.

New pharmacy manager is terrible. We never are told that medications are not available and just filled as brand. When we asked why, she gave us bad attitude and told that we should be lucky we were getting a discount. Pharmacist was very helpful - thank you.

Very kind and considerate every time I get a prescription filled. Even with long lines they always manage to keep things moving. Any problems are explained with great care to the best of their knowledge and the senior staff always appears to be training. It's comforting to know such great care is invested in such an important need to our community.

Excellent service. Though prices are high. The one in Wexford seems to have a better selection and more organized. The one in Morris seems to have better customer service

Always out of stock on medicines. I had to switch pharmacies and transfer to Rite Aid which is much more efficient and helpful.

Got a text that prescription was ready. Arrived and they said they don't have it. Lady at the counter had was either illiterate or had horrible hearing. I had to repeat my name like 3 times and even spelled it out to her. She was also very rude and interrupting when I tried to spell my name. Won't be going there again.

This Giant Eagle grocery store has similar departments as do other stores in the chain. Departments include fruits, vegetables, seafood, meat, canned and boxed foods, frozen foods, dairy, prepared foods, a deli, a bakery, flowers, etcetera. This store also has a pharmacy and a bank. Please note that this location is NOT open 24 hours. I felt mostly satisfied with the selection of products on the shelves, and the store looked to be stocked well and clean. This store offers some organic products, although I would prefer that they offer some more. I bought roughly a couple dozen foods. At checkout, the cashier said a friendly hello. I bagged most of the products, but the cashier did help to bag at the end. Prices for some products were high, but I understand that in this economy, inflation is causing prices to be high everywhere. The cashier thanked me for my purchase.

Rachel and the rest of the pharmacy staff are wonderful! Would give more stars if I could. Did some shopping as well and it is a very clean, well maintained store with just about anything you could want in a supermarket.

My fiancé and I shopped at this Giant Eagle all the time when we lived in Pittsburgh. This is probably the best Giant Eagle I have ever been to. This location is huge! It's also really cool that they also have an Ace Hardware inside of the store. This store is very clean and organized and typically stocked up really well. There are lots of checkout and self-checkout lanes. It does still get crowded at times, but they try really hard to keep the lines moving. The restrooms by the front entrance and checkouts are always super clean. Customer service is great. I would highly recommend this Giant Eagle location!
