This has quickly become my favorite GNC location to visit. From the initial phone call to the most recent in-store experiences I have had, I am very pleased. I’ve dealt with Brandan both times I was in and he is extremely helpful, friendly, and has excellent product knowledge. He never makes anything feel forced and I genuinely enjoy our convo!This will be my go to GNC for the foreseeable future.Brandan, thanks for being a rockstar team member. Customer service needs more individuals like yourself. 10/10!

Worst GNC I ever been to they are constantly out of everything literally didn’t even have waters there for weeks I asked the guy working a short guy with no muscle if u go there you know who I’m talking about if they are gonna restock soon he said yes tomorrow the next day I went in and asked if they got in what I was looking to buy he said yes but I’m not opening the boxes for it what kind of costumer service employe won’t open a box to make a sale he should be fired he also said he made $ 200,000 in three months as a base employee if he made that much money everyone would work for gnc I guess he’s so rich he doesn’t need to sell any products from the company paying him.

Rude staff hangs up on customers after making them wait for a few minutes. Can’t place orders through the store for pickup, and somehow the website is not accepting payments through multiple portals.

Make sure to check your bill when you go here and buy some stuff.I went there and bought bunch of stuff, and then i realized i got charged twice for one product (the price was 7.99$).I thought that was a mistake and i went back and told them and they said okay we will reimburse you. After finishing the process i realized they reimbursed me for 6.99!! It is like they wont like to do it right no matter what... I am so disappointed with this store

Owner works very hard to maintain a clean storefront and stocks popular and useful supplements. The staff is very friendly and informative for the products that they have. They have a membership club for savings.

I came here today to get some protein powder and some multivitamins. The girl working gave me great suggestions and was knowledgeable about the products. She let me know what she has taken in the past and the benefits that she noticed. She did not try to upsell me or convince me to buy a bunch of stuff that I don't need.

The woman who runs this store talks about most of the employees behind their backs. I firsthand experienced it. About several employees. She then convinced her husband to let her work at thestore to escape the aggravation of her kids. I have never heard the woman say something positive about them and they are four and two. I trusted her. I literally turned the whole store around. There were no tags on the shelves, hundeds and hundreds of expired product (that I'm sure people have purchased before I removed as many as I could) (she also stated she removed hundreds already before I started my employment), easily a hundred close dated items just in the next month or two. I didn't even bother grabbing past three months for the clearance section because it would have been the whole thing. They make margains on certain products so they will encourage employees to sell them, even if they do not fit what you need. Which I watched the man who runs the easy liberty store do to a customer who wanted a pre-workout and he sold him a test booster. Then apologized to the guy and said he misunderstood. He didn't misunderstand. He bought them cheap so he wants to push them on customers. Same thing in this store with ACG3 super charged, G6, MuscleTech weightloss products, About time protein, SST Performix, and several others. Be careful when going in there! Especially if the owner, a blonde woman named Megan, is who you speak to. She is judgemental against whom she wants to hire. Only wanting athletic and small blonde women. She told myself and another employee this. Which is disgusting that she wants sex appeal to sell. If someone is trustworthy, that is how you build customer base and help people. My advice, seek another GNC, look up products and know what you want before going in there, or look up the products and order them elsewhere.
