Young cashier wouldn't and couldn't use nor accept my GNC rewards points and told me to look coupons up at home. I paid 20 dollars for GNC card and he would and could not use them for my discount..350 available points I had available at that time..anytime I go out waterworks GNC there's never a problem...needless to say I will not be returning here any time soon for business..sad

Checked hours online and they were listed as open until 8 on Sat. Got there at 5:58 and despite still being inside with the lights on, employees ignored me and walked to the back as if they didn’t notice. Just a bad look and very frustrating on top of already inflated prices and poor inventory. Overall just poor effort even for a GNC.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Made me feel really welcome and helped me find what I needed. Parking for the one on Walnut Street is always so annoying and there is a lot in front of this location making it much easier to access. Will definitely be making this my local GNC.

Terrible experience! The person who was there said she was a trainee and the actual attendant left despite seeing me walking in. When asked about price match that gnc have- she didn't know. Long story short talked to her rude boss ( Rico) over the phone who simply said " if we do price match we will close shop!" Despite that I told him it's on gnc.com! So had to leave and go to the gnc on walnut st which have an amazing service and actually does price matching ( hence much cheaper) and more knowledgeable! I wonder if Rico will survive without price matching as amazon and every other gnc sells with half the price this GNC sells!

The store manager, Malik, is incredibly helpful - and I've had great experiences with the rest of the employees there as a well. They're knowledgeable, amicable and I never feel like they are trying to "force" a sale.

The gentlemen was very friendly, let me know about current promotions. I purchased Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile Lavender Soap & it was a great price for the 32oz. Also purchase my collagen peptides here for my joint health which I highly recommend. Usually GNC is more expensive than amazon but for these products it was 3 to 5 dollar less.

The staff is awesome, very informative at this location about the products that they have. Plus the caffeine drinks they have in stock are some of the best in my opinion. Very clean, neat, and easy to find products or get advice on supplements.
