Dont go here employees are rude wont helo you unless u pay for a fitting. Bought a new driver first swing it snapped in half been 3.5 weeks still have not heard back worst store and customer service ive ever had old man at pro shop told me a probably broke it over my leg cause i was angry. Will never ever come back to this place.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My local shop in greensburg closed down. He was a true professional on fitting clubs and service. I walk into golf Galaxy thinking I’d find the same type of service to find a bunch of employees standing around not really trying to help, I needed a five wood. I finally flagged down someone and basically they said oh they’re over there. You can find them. Which was don’t bother me- Then tried clubs on my own I found a cobra five wood that I looking for , took it in the hitting bay and performed how I wanted to not one person checked on me, then, when I asked them a price cause it was a demo, they informed me that the club couldn’t be sold and was questioning me where I got it or where I built it. I literally told them I got it off the rack where I was instructed they still gave me no price said I can’t sell it to you. I could try to find you one on our website That was the last interaction I had with the sales persons other than buying my nephew a putter from there did not want to, but he had his heart set on getting a new spider which me and my father purchased for him been in retail for over 20+ years if I was the manager, the store things would be handled a lot different. That is for sure. Only shining point was one gentleman walking around with a clipboard asking if everybody was OK he seemed like he was the only one who wanted to work.

Scott Hummel and Scott Macher are outstanding! I had two sets of clubs worked on and couldn't be happier. I wasn't only happy with the work but the time. They are great guys. I would highly recommend 👌. Greatest work by par.

Was told by a sales associates my fitting purchase would go towards club purchased. Scheduled an appointment and then came back. Picked out some irons recommended to me and went to checkout only to be told “yeah some people say that, but it isn’t true”.

They were very friendly and accommodating. They got my clubs shortened and regripped in less than 15 minutes. Great job.

Went in for a wedge fitting and they didn’t have any of the wedges they recommended in stock so we had to place an order from their company Golf Works. Everything I received from Golf Works was incorrect and arrived weeks after they said it would. They said I needed to come in to return my order… when I get there they said they needed a receipt or they couldn’t do it. After 30 minutes they finally agreed to the return. Not to mention, the Associate Manager, Pat Snyder, was extremely rude.
Strongly advise getting fitted and order from elsewhere. The whole experience was a massive waste of time and money.

Staff was on point. Greeted on entry, given time to browse around then someone came around and asked if I needed help with something. Got set up with a new putter grip and the guy was helpful and patient even though it was about time to close. Friendly banter from a different employee on the way out. (No excuse for missing putts now)

Nick Jordan helped me with my driver fitting. I was looking into buying a QI35 and he basically built the perfect club for me and tweaked my stance a bit. I went from hitting the ball 220 yards total to carrying the ball 220 yards ending up around 250, all in about 30 minutes. Super satisfied

There staff is incredibly rude and ignorant. I used to spend a ton of money here. I’ll never go back again. This place has got worse

Alex is a great fitter! Super thorough and informative throughout the entire fitting process. Fit me (scratch ) and a buddy of mine (12) back to back, and was fantastic. Definitely recommend him
