My club fitting was a waste of time and money because when I tried to follow up with the fitter afterward to place an order I left several messages for him and he could not be bothered to call me back. Very poor customer service!

I bought a set of Callaways there the other night, great clubs. A young guy named Harley was on hand to help answer questions and was excellent to deal with. Before buying the set I was even able to try them out in their indoor driving simulator facility — which was awesome. What was even better was that Harley was able to give me a couple of pointers (I’m just getting started) and his tips immediately improved my swing. And he’s technically not even one of their instructors! Having been there a few times I’ve met several of the staff and I believe they’re very good….not just high school kids doing a “a job” but people that are really into the sport of golf and passionate about it. I’ve read some bad reviews of the store, but it was a top notch experience in every way during my several visits.

A great selection of clubs, shoes and golf clothes, and gear. The friendly helpful staff will go out of their way to find your fit for all of their products. They get it right from having all available sizes on hand to finding clothes in the colors you want without the divisiveness found elaewhere.

Golf Galaxy brought the technology, Harley brought the knowledge. Went in for a driver fitting and learned things I didn’t know were possible. Eventually will get irons and putter fitted but only from Harley!

If your going there with intentions of buying clubs or for a fitting call ahead and schedule your visit, it costs money for a fitting so be prepared to spend 100 on your fitting. They have a good selection of clubs, they seem knowledgeable and as mong as you have a appointment willing to help. If you just show up to store randomly you probably won't get much help. The last fitting I had they seemed in a rush, then when we were ordering my clubs the dude girlfriend showed up so I realized why he was in a hurry. My first set of clubs i bought the fitting was a lot more in depth. This fitting was pretty fast, still ended up spending 1800 on irons, and another 6 on wedges. I would use them again but when I do I will always call first and book a appointment. Btw I wouldn't trade in clubs, they will basically give you nothing for them even if you are trying to sell them mizuno 2021 irons while still in year 2021 or whether you are trying to trade in 2017 taylormade p790s, they basically will give you a couple dollars a club.

If I could give a place 0 stars I would’ve. I’ve been up there now 4 times in the past week due to either a mistake made by the people who regrip clubs, a faulty grip that broke a day into use, or a head that flew off the shaft due to faulty epoxy. Mind you it’s the nearest golf store to me and It’s over an hour away. Worst experience in golf club maintenance I’ve ever had end of story.

I was fitted by Austin for a new driver. It was a great experience. He was very professional and thorough, not forcing me towards any particular brand. I had purchased a set of irons 2 years ago and had the same experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had a fitting for a new set of irons and had a great experience. I was helped by Austin and he did a great job explaining what the different measurements meant as well as how he was adjusting the different clubs I tried out. Never at any point was he pushing one club over another or pressuring me by any means to make a sale. Overall I had a great time and would highly recommend the service.

I’ve been wanting to go here for years and finally managed a trip a few weeks ago. I’m looking to buy a new set of irons so I went to try some out in their simulator and if I had found one I liked would’ve made a fitting session to buy. The associate I worked with was quite obnoxious. First off he essentially shamed me for my swing form. He said he hits his wedge like my 7i, and then told me I was taking too long in the simulator and other people needed in the simulator (it was like 11am). Made me feel like I was a nuisance. The staff have an overall smug attitude you’ll find at a ritzy country club. I won’t be going back. Only reason I give it 2 stars is the selection of clubs they have you’ll probably find what you’re looking for here (if they let you).

Spent over an hour trying out putters and not one sales associate walked over to see if myself or the other number of people who were trying putters needed help. Instead 4 to 6 employees just hung out at the counter talking. At least I got to try out some putters to purchase from Amazon, which had much cheaper pricing. Sad how far customer service has fallen at these big box stores

Managed to squeeze me in for a club fitting on a Tuesday morning.. after the quick 10 min analysis I was offered 2 different clubs for 550 each. Asked for a cheaper option and saved 200, then asked for a grip to be put on and after I got home I noticed that the grip was floppy at the top would bend because the grip wasn't pushed on completely. There was about an inch and a half of shaft not inside the grip. Also, the tape used was a cheap masking tape? I grip clubs and I've never used tape like this.. I mean, I could be mistaken but this looks like I got bamboozled. Took me an hour and alot of grimacing to get this grip off and reset.

I don't golf often, and have limited knowledge of club models. The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of my visit, and exceeded my expectations.A few days after my purchase, I had an issue with a club. When I called the after hours number, they were willing to rectify the issue without question. However, I decided to go back to this location because the service I had previously received. I explained my issue, an without hesitation, they began explaining the steps the were taking.I needed assistance twice. They had me leaving completely satisfied both times. What more could a customer all for

I had a driver fitting set up and I was very excited for it as my golf coach said it would help my game and it would be good to see numbers associated with my swing. I had Tony as my fitter and it didn’t seem like he cared. He told me he just had back surgery and didn’t tell me anything about my flight path or anything. He didn’t let me try other drivers besides the Taylormade he brought out the first moment I got there. I had an iron fitting set up for a couple weeks later but I canceled that after this horrible experience. I wish I didn’t even pay for this
