Today I not only smelled weed throughout the books and dress sections but when I brought it up, in the end they denied it. I have asthma and could not breathe. When I drove away, I witnessed the person smoking where donations are delivered. Not only I did not appreciate the unclean air in the store that is damaging to my lungs but being lied to was worse. I have been a customer since this store existed. After today, no more. Also the pricing is inconsistent with corporate directives. Best of luck. The only pleasant thing in this lication is Alex. That is it.

Not sure what happened to goodwill. Not really a thrift shop anymore. I can find brand new items for the same price at Walmart or Amazon. Kinda a joke to be honest. Greedy CEOs I guess.

I frequent this store. I have found some lovely items for my home, craft project goodies, kids clothes, and toys. The staff is helpful and polite. The drop off is convenient and easy to use.

It's partially my fault for just assuming the staff did the bare minimum of at least checking of things were broken before placing them out on the floor for sale, but literally 4/6 items I bought from there either had a missing disc, or was damaged in some way that they weren't usable.
They are literally selling you actual unsuable garbage.
Seek elsewhere, ideally not even a goodwill.

Ok selection but store is really haphazard, very dim, and feels dirty. Needs much better lighting.

Seems they forgot they are getting stuff for free. Kids sleeping bag $20! Kids clothes $5. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no prices as marked. Will never return to this dump

This certainly has to be the highest priced Goodwill I’ve ever been to, on sub-average quality items to boot. $30 for a bowl? $15 for a single bookend? Don’t patronize locations like this and send Goodwill the message that it’s appropriate to extort their customer base like this for items that they get for free.

I have always enjoyed browsing and shopping at the Goodwill on Banksville Rd., until my most recent trip there yesterday . It has changed drastically from how nice it used to be. The whole place is dirty , items are chaotically scattered on shelves , disorganized , and so overpriced . A used plastic wall clock was $10 . I will not be returning .

I’m a big thrifter and go to a lot of goodwills, this one is coming off the list. It’s VERY over priced and pretty small. Every women’s shoe I saw was 10.99 except for one pair, they were 24.99.

I want to piggyback on what some other reviewers have said. The quality of the items in the store aren’t great. Additionally, the are overpriced. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything in the store that was in great condition, but like someone else mentioned, if you are ever in the back dropping off donations you will notice that the people dropping off items are driving luxury cars or at minimum a newer one. Having a nice car doesn’t necessarily mean you will drop off especially nice items but I’ve seen the stuff others have dropped and it’s often super nice, vintage or like new. I’ve never seen this stuff on the floor. You might find one every now then but not often. I just assumed they shared this stuff with locations that don’t get as nice of items, but someone mentioned they are likely putting that stuff on the internet. I don’t know. I admit I don’t go there often, but it’s because the clothing tag system frustrates me especially when clothing that shows signs of wear are the same price or higher than the new clothes at Burlington or on Poshmark. One positive I can give is the cashiers have always been especially pleasant and I appreciate that.
