Graybar is a good company. I'm new to the state of PA and I work with a company that does business with Graybar. I met two employees there; a young man named Gary and a young lady named Ashley, I hope I spelled their names right. It was fun conversating with them for the week they made it worth the while. Big'Ups to Graybar and all of its employees, God bless.

Terrible Customer Service & Problem Remediation SkillsWe ordered Approx. $20,000 worth of product (our first order). Received damaged materials. Had to buy new material, and no credit to account. Took months to get a simple answer on an RMA / Mill Claim after I sent a Vendor NCR (pictures and proof of damage) the same day the material was received. The whole experience was a joke. Honestly one of the worst distributors I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Hope you enjoyed the order, you wont get another from me.

If the front end staff wasn’t so miserable I would have given a five. service was fast and the product was available.

A nice, although young and inexperienced young lady was working the counter, with a senior worker giving her the product info prior to picks. The older gentleman behaved like I was wasting his time to get my supplies, and questioned my purchases (some various j-boxes, cut ins, outlets, MC parts, etc), challenging how I intended to do what he thought I was doing with some items I'd requested knowing nothing about the installations, then dumped it on the dock, closing the roll-up door before I could even pull around. Cardello is a far more professional counter on the Northside.

Guy that answers the phone is rude, almost as if he didn't want my business. Poor customer service, took my business elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure they had parts in stock and I had to call twice to get through to someone and he was rude. We have a corporate account I may look elsewhere to do our business if it continues like this

Called ahead to see if they had some specific conduit elbows I was looking for. When I arrived, guy at the counter was extremely slow to acknowledge me (I was the only person in the room and came right up to the counter) and then said they don't carry what I'm looking for.
