When I went to go and get my haircut the person that was doing my hair couldn’t hold the scissors properly. When I asked for layered curtain bangs she gave me bangs, probably doesn’t even know what layered curtain bangs are or even how to do them. Luckily for me my aunt was there to stop her from doing the rest of my hair.

It was 2nd time I didn't get a proper cut. It looked like somehow I got my hair cut. The servicer seems to be in hurry or not in good mood or new one. They have option to save your last cut but not sure it is useful if your last cut wasn't good. Highly unlikely I will visit this service again.

Asked for a trim. She cut my hair really short. Left did longer than right. Right side looked like an animal chewed it.

I called for an appointment and a girl said sure come on in. After arriving, the black girl at the counter was wearing fuzzy bedroom slippers told me that they couldn’t put me on the schedule because it was too late. They were still open for 45 more minutes. Very unprofessional and ignorant staff members.
Stylist: Mexican American female, she denied answering the phone but, afterwards she apologized. It was definitely too late for that.

Well this was my first time at this salon. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a great haircut. Jasmine was my beautician and I will definitely be going back and asking for her the next time I need my haircut.

Came in today. Kaley was my stylist. I usually get a #2 fade. Often when I get my haircut I ask the stylist if they could cut the fade fairly high to avoid a round shape my hair makes when it gets long. I politely asked Kaley if she could do that for me. Much to my surprise, Kaley became defensive and proceeded to explain her process. Then she asked me "do you know what a fade is?" I replied, "let's say no." She stated that she wasn't trying to be smart and proceeded to explain to me what a fade is. Then she said...I kid you not..."comprende"? From there I just sat there and just smiled as she did her work. Not having said a word for several minutes she said "you're a funny guy." I asked "why is that?" No rebuttal from me. What can you do when you're half way thru a haircut, walk away? Well, I can tell you this: I won't be walking back in there. Ever again. Thanks for the totally unnecessary attitude.

My experience today was extremely exceptional ? ?! Michelle had done my hair once before and I liked it but she out did herself this time! She took her time and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Can't ask for anything more.

Very welcoming staff and great haircut. Used the online wait list and was able to track my spot in line and timed it so I was getting my haircut within 10 minutes of arrival.
