I hope this gets to the right ears and eyes there is a woman there named Shelia that is the best hairstylist there. She listens what I want for me and my daughter. I don’t have to worry that I won’t like the hair cuts.

Well this place seems to have lost the good stylists. Don't go to the manager. She is a horrible stylist. She speeds through a cut and has no interest in satisfaction or quality. The staff have chips on their shoulders

1. The appointment system used to be nearly good now it’s horrible to unpredictable. It will say 25 min wait while actual wait is an hr
2. I don’t find older stylists, they were soft spoken and courteous, the new staff seems grumpy (not all) and less skilled. So time to look for another shop…
