Greentree Medical Associates is a practice with excellent medical staff but significant issues with its front desk. The doctors and clinical team receive consistently high praise. One doctor is described as a wonderful, caring, and compassionate doctor who takes the time to really discuss health. Another is easily the best doctor with a fantastic bedside manner, who spends as much time with you as you'd like and treats problems as a system. Their PA is incredibly helpful and on top of things. Once patients walk past the doors into the back offices, everyone is kind and efficient. The medical staff in the back is rated 10/10, and the lab process is completely painless. However, the front desk staff are consistently described as rude and unhelpful. This has led some patients to avoid the lab. Communication is poor, with lab hours not available online and phone calls that never get through. Front desk instructions are often incomplete, forcing patients to rely on the kindness of strangers for guidance. The experience creates a stark contrast between the miserable front staff and the excellent, efficient, and kind clinical team within the practice.
Dr Dunavesky is wonderful! She’s so attentive and caring such a sweet person. I love to go to see what kind of shoes she wears next!! The staff is so helpful.
