All employees were friendly and helpful. My stay was short, but very secure, top notch, clean, state of the art facility. Also, wheelchair accessible and restroom nearby on my floor.

This was the best storage facility that I have used in Pittsburgh. Everyone there is so kind and I knew my stuff was safe. Plus, it’s clean! Highly recommend.

Incredible team at Guardian Storage Shadyside! Matt, Ashley and Ray are absolute starts. Always friendly, helpful and organized. They go above and beyond to make moving in/out as easy and convenient as possible. Can’t thank them enough for all they did! 10/10 recommend!

Ray is a gem! He went above and beyond to help us and our moving team empty our storage unit. Honestly, he made our move a pleasant experience, something most people don’t experience when packing and unpacking. Highly recommend Guardian storage and Rays exceptional service is in large part why we would use them again!

I have never had such a positive experience with any service provider before! All the staff is incredibly friendly. Matthew was extremely accommodating and understanding to our move in situation. He made getting a unit simple, quick, and painless. Ray helped us move items across the street to our apartment building, holding the elevator and helping us load up carts. So glad I got a unit here!

Five star experience with the team at Guardian Storage on Center Ave. Ashley was quick to process my paperwork and close out my account. Fred went above and beyond by helping me unload all my stuff from the storage and then loading it to my Uber.Great experience all in all. Keep up the good work Team Guardian!!!!

My experience was honestly incredible here. The receptionist was very kind. Ray, the guy who manages the units, is incredibly helpful. He offered us waters, helped move our stuff in and out of storage, and even got all our things ready to go as we were moving out.
