I had the best experience purchasing my first Gucci bag yesterday. Jacob was extremely helpful and so friendly. I went in thinking I was only going to look around but his hospitality really made me feel comfortable to treat myself. He made the whole experience feel so luxurious. Definitely see Jacob if you’re in the market for a new bag!

I had a very disappointing experience with the Gucci store in Pittsburgh. While the staff were friendly and helpful during the purchase, their customer service for repairs has been unacceptable.
I purchased a Gucci Marmont card holder, and after just 6 months of light use it became badly deformed. Despite caring for it properly, the store claims it cannot be repaired and refuses to offer a refund or replacement. This is not what I expect from a luxury brand.
I own wallets and cardholders from other designers like YSL, Prada, and Tory Burch — all of which have retained their shape and quality for years. This is the first time I've experienced such a poor product performance from a luxury brand.
I've also seen several TikTok posts suggesting Gucci’s materials and manufacturing standards have declined. True quality leather shouldn't degrade(warp) this quickly.
Very disappointed in Gucci’s customer care and product durability. I expected better from a brand of this stature.

Less than pleased with this particular location. I have purchased several other Gucci’s from other places as well as other high end bags. I purchased a purse, but stated that the strap did not hang where I wanted it to so they offered to put in an extra hole for me. That was great. I purchased the purse and one I got home, I realized it was not going to work for the Europe trip I planned on taking it to. I called and spoke with the sales representative who sold it to me, he remembered me as we talked about my visit. I told him the situation he informed me that it would be perfectly fine for me to come out and either return or exchange the bag. Upon going to the store, he took it out of the bag and said “oh wait you have an extra hole in the strap we can’t return it or exchange it”. I said wait a minute that was why I called and asked you, and all he offered was oh sorry. He then got the manager involved and she basically said the same thing. Now mind you when I purchased it nobody said anything to me that this would void my return or I would not have purchased it. Very disappointed in the service at this store. I suppose I should have looked at the other unhappy reviews of this store prior to purchasing.

came this gucci store for my watch band repair. Its a metal band, one piece of the bands just came out when i was wearing it and i brought it to the store. I thought that they would help. There was a lady taking care of it and told me it will be covered under warranty so i dont have to pay for repairs cost. I wanted to make sure first and i asked when i dropped it off, because i knew it will be expensive. Three weeks later they got back to me by email and asking for $350 plus tax, because its out of warranty by only 8 months. And when i called the store they straight up told me noone said it was under warranty and she was so mean over the phone, talked to manager didnt help at all. All they Re saying is SORRY. I bought alot of shoes and stuff but never ever again!

Worst experience maybe because of my ethnicity I wasn’t treated like a customer once I spent my money, it was like me calling because I was told my order was a one day turned into 3 the day I worked at the mall I was trying to pick up my sons first birthday outfit but needed it early bc I could understand sizing on site so I went to the Ross store just close the store at this point they don’t carry anything on hand nothing needed was in my reach and to wait for 3 days and it was supposed to be 1 day then I called Saturday morning because the clothes didn’t fit my baby I asked if I could get a smaller size i wasn’t trying to return my items I loved them but the fact they didn’t mark my package as delivered to store seem like fraud and then I sat on the phone for two weeks straight trying to get in touch with David who helped me the manager is a women well that’s what she told me called a lier and told I couldn’t return the items until she spoke with David I’m that makes no sense I wanted to get them before they sold out on line and to be talked to crazy and treat as if I stole the merchandise is absurdly unreal and this is all about how I look now it’s 15 days & I still haven’t gotten my money back and I don’t recommend any ethnic supporting the Ross park stole waste of time after I spent my money I wasn’t able to send them back because the store wasn’t helping and I place the order in store I called today and not only did I pay with a debit card now I’m being sent a check I was reordering now I Dont want any thing like this is crazy when all I wanted was to get my first child something nice for his first birthday which only happens once thanks for messing that up for me like seriously don’t buy anything in store I promise it’s the worst experience

Pittsburgh’s Gucci store at the Ross Park Mall is amazing! Employee’s are very helpful, get at giving design suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience wonderful. I was helped with finding my item, offered me a drink of water while I waited for my wallet to be packaged up. I will be buying again from this store often!

Jake is wonderful!!! I took my bag and wallet in to be refurbished. He has kept me informed every step of the way and has answered all of my questions. He’s shown me several items that I’m interested in and is never pushy. I just have to decide which one to get!

So glad to see Gucci making a spot for themselves at Ross Park Mall. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Jake assisted us during our visit and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
