As maligned as it was in years past, harbor freight is a great resource. Despite it's reputation for shoddy quality, I've had next to no problems with their tools and miscellaneous products, including a utility pump that's run flawlessly and much longer than it's had any right to considering I've pushed it well beyond it's stated purpose.

I always enjoy a trip to harbor freight. And for my purposes, the tools have been excellent purchases and excellent value. You do, however, need to know your tool before you arrive since the staff will generally not make recommendations. But they are very helpful otherwise

4.5 stars. Harbor Freight Tools is a chain store that sells tools, hardware, painting supplies, and many other home-improvement products. Many products are from private in-house brands.
So far, I have shopped in this store one time. I joined their membership program, which allowed me to choose one inexpensive product for free. I purchased a few other products. Their prices were low to moderate, compared to other home-improvement stores’ prices. The cashier quickly and accurately rang up my purchase.
