Called and was given the wrong number to make a reservation. How did I call hertz for someone to give me another number to call to get a car from this location? Unbelievable she wasn’t even trying to help me I feel like she did not care or wanted to do their job to help me book a vehicle

Poor hertz location, better off going to the airport.Understaffed and frequently the office is empty. Phone numbers listed on door only lead back to automated operator machines.On the day which I arrived they only had one working computer. Their other computer has been broken for over a month. This led to severe delays in customer assistance. Reservations mean nothing here because the company does not give this office the tools they need to meet demand.Clearly Hertz is not giving this location the support they need and it is the customers who are hurting because of it.

Office is filthy dirty,Customer servce person could not explain clearly refund also didnt seem interested in job,she was very confused like she was in outer space.The also never answer phone

I rented a car on 6-7-2023 and was given a 2023 GMC Arcadia. My trip was from PA to TX. I was forced to stop in Kenosha WI at about 6 pm and book a hotel room after the engine light came on and it overheated. I popped the engine hood and discovered that the radiator overfill was completely empty. I reported this immediately to Hertz. They ordered a tow and looked for replacement vehicle. The tow was supposed to come in 30 minutes, never showed up. In the morning I called Hertz again and was told it wouldn't be there until 11 am. I still had over 1500 miles to drive wanted to leave as early as possible. They Ubered me at 9 pm and arrived at 9:30 just before the Milwaukee airport closed, where I was given 2021 Highlander with dents, scratches all over and a chip in the windshield. When I asked for something better, I was told I would have to pay extra. When I returned the vehicle to Hertz in PA and told them of the horrible experience and asked for some kind of discount, the manager at the Green Tree Hertz said no. Another words TOO BAD SO SAD. It is obvious to me that the mighty dollar is more important to Hertz than the customer. I will be sharing my experience every review site

Thank goodness for this location after I had been given the run around by the Baum Blvd location. I made a reservation through Priceline for this location and got exactly what I reserved. The associate was very helpful and thorough. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was good to go. Thanks again!

If I could give no stars I would they never answer the phone at the greentree location the lady has an attitude n dont want to answer questions makes everything harder than it has to be they had no cars said they are waiting for some but wouldn't give a time frame of when that would happen they were very unorganized

The Hertz is located in the Holiday Inn Lobby. The complex of several building all have the same address.

When our flight was cancelled late Christmas night we made a reservation at the location which was conveniently inside our hotel. The woman who helped was so thoughtful and kind: She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good car to make the 17 hour drive home.

I see a lot of bad reviews at this location. I’ve only had good experiences at the Pittsburgh airport location. One person particularly stands out to me and his name is Bryan( Brian). I travel for work and I meet Brian about three years ago. Even though I’m a gold member I will stop and say hi to him because of my first couple experiences with him. Very helpful, professional attitude, and very kind. My reservation is always correct. I’ve never had a negative comment or anything bad about him. The company should find more people like him. 11/10

Extremely helpful and attentive with helping me adjust my reservation while at the counter as well as pulling the vehicle up for me. I appreciate the strong customer service skills and being treated fair and like the Presidents Circle Member that I am! Thanks so much! I will be renting from this location for years to follow!
