It’s the worst rental car location imaginable — not even worth one star.
I had a confirmed reservation, yet many people, including myself, couldn’t get a car.
This is an utterly unreliable company where it’s very common for customers to arrive and find no vehicles available.
They don’t even bother to apologize or show any sense of responsibility. Truly a terrible, unprofessional rental car company.
Never Use this shop!

I rented a car for 6 days. Location opened 30 minutes late on the day of pick up. I returned the car on time the day it was supposed to be returned. We received a voicemail from an “Aiden” off of a cellphone (not even the business number) saying they were charging us a $500 cleaning fee because they found dog hair in the car. There was no dog in the car. We tried calling the number back and the actual business number and we could not get through to anyone. I’ve seen other reviews about fraudulent charges from this location. We will be reporting this transaction as fraudulent. Beware they are clearly stealing money from their customers.

Ignorant and unhelpful staff. Also listed on the rental that the car had full tank of gas when it’s at 80%. Crappy staff crappy service. Will be last time renting from them.

They charged me for full tank of fuel although I filled it all the way up to full and had receipts and everything. They also recorded the odometer wrong saying I drove 500+ miles while I only drove for like 100 miles. Wait time is always long even when there are only 1 or 2 customers.

I set up to rent a car at 1:00pm on Friday for a12:00pm Saturday. Went to pick up the car and after waiting 30min Upon making the payment staff informed me it had to be credit card only and would not accept bank debit card. I don't recommend this place for above reason...no policy in the place stated this unordinary rule! Try Budget or Avis instead.

Be sure that the gas level in the rental is the same as the contract paperwork.This location reported a full tank on the contract, when it in fact had half a tank of gas.

This location is such a hazard. Cars have to pull in and out in a busy intersection and Hertz parks their cars on the sidewalks and in the bike lanes.
