Worst hertz location I've ever seen. My car wasn't cleaned properly and they denied my free upgrade saying they couldn't see my status on their end even after I showed them the Hertz card and my President's circle status on my phone. Please do yourself a favor and get your rental from literally anywhere else.

Just received a call that "there weren't any cars available". It sounded weird, so I went to the reviews and sure enough others have experienced the same thing. Im glad they called in advance and didnt allow for me to come out there. I'm curious how many people were told the same thing, that have booked through "third party sites" such as Expedia, Priceline, etc?

The employees seemed nice, but I arrived during my pick up time to find the sedan I had reserved was not there. Based on other reviews, this seems like a re-occuring issue. I suggest going to the enterprise down the street.

This is by far one of the worst Hertz locations I've dealt with. I'm a multi year president's circle member.I would have liked to rent from this location at a later time but was unable to do so due to their shorter hours. I missed their return hours window and was charged for 2 days vice one. Other locations have given me a courtesy of returning it after hours. This location wants to take the car and rent it to someone else within 15 minutes of closing.If you rent on a Saturday for one day, you're going to pay 2 days.The car I got had a change oil light on it when rented.The car had a different license plate than the license plate number on the key. This allowed me to pay for parking twice to ensure I wouldn't get a parking ticket.

Booked a vehicle several days in advance. I received a call just before I was about to leave to pick up the car that they did not have the vehicle available. This was on a Saturday, with only a few minutes before they closed, resulting in me having to scramble to find another rental elsewhere, and wrecking my plans for the day.

If I could I’d rate 0 stars!!! Don’t waste your time by renting a car from this unorganized and rude branch!Past the pickup time, today before going there in person I called them to see if everything is set and they told me they don't have the car available and I should contact the costumer service.I did and put them on the phone to talk to the local hertz employees at that branch.Costumer service asked them to provide us another car but they resisted and hanged up the phone on me.This behavior was extremely shocking and frustrating for me.I was planing a trip ahead of us, 7 people waiting, Airbnb booked and we were left with no option by hertz.This made us to lose our trip and reservation and caused us 2500$ penalty fee by the house we got.This behavior from hertz was so unethical and unprofessional that I will make sure to spread the word as much as I can about this rude and aggressive manner with a costumer.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We had our reservation set to pick up at 8am when the location opened. We arrived at 7:50 and waited… and waited… and waited. Finally an employee arrived 30 minutes past when the location was supposed to open!! Then we were told our rental was “at the gas station,” and a different employee left to go get it. They finally bring the vehicle back and it’s not even cleaned! So we’re already 35 minutes past when we were supposed to pick our rental up, and the employee just then starts vacuuming it out and cleaning it! Why was this not done the night before so it would be ready for pickup at 8am like it was SCHEDULED? So we didn’t end up finally getting our car and leaving the location until 45 minutes AFTER our reservation was supposed to start!! Then when we do get the car, it WREAKS of cigarettes!!! So definitely don’t book here if you need to be anywhere by a certain time… the employees and management clearly don’t care at all based on the other reviews. Oh, and the parking lot is SO small and AWFUL to get into/out of. Worst Hertz experience I’ve ever had for sure, and I’ll be sure to stick with Enterprise from here on out.

This is probably the worst rental location I have ever encountered all due to the rude, far less than professional and disrespectful staff. Not somewhere you want to do business or spend your money for services. Manager is cowardly and should be fired yesterday! Falsely added several charges to my rental agreement after returning and after politely questioning, I was met with the most unnecessary condescending reply’s/answers, and lack of any. Please do yourselves a favor and find another location to rent your vehicles from.

Since I had to pick up two adults and one baby with seven luggage at the airport at 1 a.m., I made a reservation for a minivan.When I arrived at 4:30 pm (5 close), the staff said the minivan was unavailable, so he gave me a smaller SUV.Can you imagine what happened?The luggage could not be put in the car...(Trunk and passenger seat) at the airport. The SUV had even lower tire air pressure (27/35psi) with a warning signal.They know how to take a reservation but have no idea what the "reservation" means.They should've informed me of the unavailability in advance. I would have gotten a proper car from another rental company. It does not make any sense to me.

Don't rent a car from this place, its management is very disorganized, I reserved the vehicle three days in advance and arrived at the location an hour early, when it arrived it told me there was no car available to rent to me. He delayed me a lot. I would recommend renting a car from Enterprise. At least it will tell you in advance whether there are any remaining vehicles.
