I ordered a front door over one year ago. There were multiple problems with it including sending the wrong door, not having the right parts, and scratches on the door. After trying to deal with local store I gave up. It was hard to reach anyone and when I did they said they were working on it. I contacted the national Customer Support Service. They sent the contractor out with the wrong supplier. The company and contractors kept blaming each other. Finally, when the contractor came with what he said was the right paint, it was wrong shade. See photos . Now I had the customer service rep blaming the contractor and the manufacturer. I asked Home Depot to either, paint the door a color of my choice, replace the door, or refund my money so I could get a new door. They refused and offered a $600 reimbursement. I explained I bought the door to improve the look of my home. This money would not help. I also reminded them that customer satisfaction was guaranteed. They said I should get a lawyer.

It wasn't very staff friendly, nor was it well staffed and when asking for assistance the person seemed bothered by me

Worst Home Depot in the Pittsburgh area. Understaffed, Contractors waiting over 30 min. to check out in Pro lines because there is only 1 person on the check out, computer locks up she can't get help. Store manager unavailable. This place is a joke.

Don't bother coming here, everything is locked behind metal grates. And good luck getting an employee to help you. I waited 10 minutes after they made an intercom announcement for someone to come help me and no one came.

Employees are never in there spots. Ignorant and argue with you. Walk right past you when you need help. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I only come here when I absolutely have too cause of the time I waste waiting around. This place is ridiculously bad managed

This is the worst HD i have ever been to. It consistently disappoints me by not having items in stock that should be, employees being unhelpful, lumber carts NEVER being inside, and shelves being so messy that items are hard to find.

I hate that Home Depot is nearly the only supply shop left. I have come to regret every trip I ever make to Home Depot. Substandard products at marked up prices. Can’t even buy a decent wax ring with bolts.
It’s high prices for junk. I’d be fine with high prices for decent products or low prices for cheap crap. But they have this unique pricing power having run so many competitors out of business using the same model as Walmart.

9a 12/15/24 store associate was blocking paint isle #6 with a cart. I said excuse me and the person ignored me. I moved the cart enough to get by, literally 6 inches. They tell me if I move the cart I better move it back. I explain that I said excuse me and they are blocking the isle. “I don’t care, don’t touch my cart. I’m packing down and I didn’t even see you.” Mind you I said excuse me, paused why they ignored me, then had to walk past them to move the cart. They then called me an idiot and say, “yeah that’s what I thought you just walk away.” I’m sorry I thought we were in a store where I was the customer and they were an employee. Why is an employee provoking an altercation?

Lol this makes me laugh... they put tools and all sorts of other stuff up front that's supposed to be sale items for various manufacturers... Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc... $299 crossed out with a $299 price tag🤣🤣🤣 Really??

I have to believe that the only reason this store stays in business is because of its location. You may be tempted to think that the chaos in this place during the week is normal, but go to another store within 20 mi. and it’s obvious that the problems here are management related. My biggest pet peeve is that they don’t even try to bring the lumber carts into the building anymore during the day. So if you’re going to grab something big or heavy, do yourself a favor and grab a cart before you go in. Overall, this place sucks so bad it might justify driving an extra 30 minutes to another one depending on the fragility of your mental state at the time. Good luck.

E Liberty home depot is the most dysfunctional mess. Very convenient when working in the area . I've been going there for years. Seen 2 car accidents in the lot . The "pro's" don't know . Just no other place to get materials in the area . Kinda funny though , you'll get a laugh, just a shit show. Ohhh grab Vento's pizza 🍕, it's in the same parking lot , definitely worth it .
