I only went to get copies of keys made which was a machine right at the front of the store and diy. It was around $5-$6 a key and simple to use.

Stopped in appliance center to inquire about a certain size range. After 15 minutes of listening to the guy talk about his grandmother's stove, he told me to go to Don's Appliance rather than answer my question. He also suggested I replace my cabinets to accommodate a regular size stove. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was helped today at the home depot in ben avon heights by Jessie. She was very professional and helpful. She solved my problem right away. It was a good experience with customer service- something that isn't so common anymore

Home depot online sucks orders are late they dont care about your business having pissed off customers due to there late shipments and componsate basically nothing.

Employees always go out of their to help when needed. I use Home Depot exclusively for home repair needs. I also appreciate the couple Veterans Reserved Parking spots.

I came to the store today to pick up my order.
He, as store manager, will cancel ANY order at ANY time DAVID HUNT!
DAVID HUNT " Sepcialty Department Supervisor" showed a style of behavior that is not suitable for her position!
- condescending
- jerk
- he was pompous and disrespectful to me!
despite the fact that I am a regular customer in the store!
fortunately, the store manager came to my aid and handled the situation with respect.
I think DAVID HUNT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HIS JOB, the management cannot afford to entrust such an employee to such a high-quality store chain!
I am also a leader, I have never allowed myself to behave this way towards a guest!
Outrageous and repulsive!!!

We bought a gas stove yesterday, a young girl helped us, we asked for delivery because we didn't have a truck, she said we could pick it up the next day if we came to pick it up. We came to pick it up the next day, the gentleman working in that department was listening to music at the computer and didn't pay attention to us, we waited more than 1 hour, no helper was ready but wanted to cancel our order, when he came we had to go to the manager. I emphasize that we waited for 1 hour, they were not correct.

Couldn't find half of what I was looking for. Selection and inventory of products has sharply declined in the past few years.
