Probably one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had (no option to give a zero star). No line, on a weekday and went to pay for two items. The person checking me out said the price on one product was not what was listed and said it was kids wandering through changing price tags (when the tag was secured on the product). Said it was more than the price listed. I passed on the purchase. The other product didn't have a price tag at all, and it took two of the workers to try to figure it out. When it was taking far too long, I said I am going to let you all figure this out while I spend time putting a review up to warn others. Eight massive rolling carts of overstock blocking isles too. These are the types of things that make people leave and not return.

Visited Mcandless crossings today after having shopped the Monroeville store yesterday. Both stores are equally stocked with like merchandise. Very well lit and comfortable environment

4.5 stars. HomeGoods is a national retailer of household products for the kitchen and dining room, bedroom, bathroom, yard, and other living areas. I thought that this particular store had a large selection of quality merchandise and that prices were low to moderate. I chose a few products to buy, and a cashier promptly and kindly served me.

Nice selection of many smaller home items - great plant pot selection. Nice store, well lit. Great gor folks who live chuchka!

They always change out seasonal items, and have a high inventory turnover. So they are always getting new items!

Always a cool store to go into. You never know what you might find! Really helps if you need to find someone something for a gift. Prices are always reasonable!

Store was very crowed. A lot of holiday. Not many regular items assume from furniture and pet. The aisles are packed. Found a few nice gift items.
