The girl who worked the evening shift today Tuesday was so amazing, we needed a dr Seus t-shirt for my daughter's school event tomorrow, and we looked everywhere and when I called hot topic at 7:45 pm she was so helpful over the phone and she waited for us to get to the mall before it closed at 8 pm, we are so grateful for her kindness and she saved my daughter's school event. Thank you.

I went to pick up an order today and was greeted by Sharon. Not only did she make sure the order was right, but she went above and beyond when I saw a Godzilla Minus One shirt I really liked. I always have a wonderful experience coming to this Hot Topic and the staff always make it a great time. Thank you Sharon for all you do.

I work in retail so I get how stressful it can be- but I tried to buy a 12 dollar shirt , I asked employee if why it came up full price and she got all frustrated with me. It’s not my fault. As someone with autism it made me feel very confused and stressed out that she was upset, even though it was on the store for having the 12$ tee card in there. Then, on my way out the buzzer went off. Super overstimulated already, and a group of girls pointed at me and said “ITS HER, NOT US!” and a different employee helped me. She was super sweet! But then same blue haired employee that checked me out earlier was rly weirded out by it, so it seemed. She just forgot to take the plastic tag thing off. I apologized many times over and over and she was oh yeah oopsies!!! Like wow thanks for embarrassing me like that. I literally held back tears. You could at least check before sending me off. :( Another guy got sent to the checkout counter cause a different employee forgot to untag his items right before I exited. I *love* this store and will be coming back, but probably with more anxiety just based on my unfortunate experience. Take this with a grain of salt. I’m not trying to be rude, just sharing my personal experience.
