Worked with Bryan Behm and started out good. Very responsive and returned phone calls quickly.After getting my insurance, it was 24-48 hour email only responses.My final interaction I called him and left a message, sent an email, called Howard Hanna to leave a message and he so kindly emailed me back to say “I’ll set a reminder to respond to you in four days”…Needless to say a week past and zero response from him. When I called Howard Hanna they informed me they can take 48-72 hours to respond to inquires. It’s quicker to just call the insurance company at this point

I like the personal attention I get from the staff. They respond quickly to emails & calls and if they don't have the answer right away, they get it and call me back. They took the time to understand my needs when we first moved to Michigan and put together the best insurance policy at a great price.I did a lot of research before deciding the Howard Hanna was the best. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the ease of this set up! I was nervous that Howard Hanna being all-in-one would result in higher fees due to convenience, but I've found in multiple aspects that you get the convenience without a jack up in price! Makes everything feel like a great value, plus less time and effort than going elsewhere.
